“Special thanks to Greg, he saved our day today. Due to some recent exterior door damage, we couldnt get the window to come up and were in a bind. We started looking for a nearby collision shop, trying to find someone who could at least help us get the window back up. We called 8 other shops before calling Craftsman and they were all booked up. When we called Craftsman, Greg listened to our situation, and even though they were booked up for the day as well, he sounded optimistic that he might still be able to make an adjustment to atleast address our immediate need.
I'm not a mechanic and I have no idea if what they did was complex or took special skill or even if it was simple enough I could have done it myself. The reason my recent experience warrants this review is due to Greg. When we were in a bind and other shops weren't able to help, he took care of us, and we were able to get on with our day.”
