great customer service with exchanging a jacket with defective waterproofing. the kind of experience that i will continue to shop at this store over online every time. staff listened and checked the jacket was in new condition despite when i got it and tested the product and gave me tips to take care of the waterproofing

I bought trail runners here and hiking shoes on two different occasions. They had a nice selection. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

The service is always amazing. Today I had to do a warranty return on some shoes and they made it so easy.
