I was in yesterday looking for a black skirt or dress. I walked in and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked around picking up items. Walked past a clerk stocking accessories who also was oblivious. Not impressed.

I came in last week and after shopping there so much I didn’t realize there was a rewards program , the lovely nikole informed me about it ? she seems like she loves to help out her customers and I really appreciated that. Need more nikole’s around the mall!!

Decent deals for the products and quality that your getting. The sizes are for a shorter body younger person, however the prices for accessories and deals that happen throughout the store regularly are an easy and good reason to still take a look at a few varied items throughout the store. There is a large variety of every season of clothing and accessory items as well. There doesn’t tend to be too many staff members working at a time, so the store can tend to be a bit disorganized and messy, but the staff are always so friendly and helpful, making that shopping trip an enjoyable experience.

Went in there to look for bathing suit no one ever greets or says hello not helpful at all horrible customer service the worst part was I was the only customer in the store

Went in today with my friend as she wanted a new black work dress. Soon as we entered there was an elderly lady in a wheel chair at the counter shuffling her items around looking extremely upset. About 20 minutes or so go by as we continue looking around and she’s still up at the register. Me and my friend decided to let the staff members know (which were sitting on their phones gossiping in the change rooms) to let them know someone was clearly waiting for service. Absolutely disgusted and appalled with what we witnessed. One employee came up a few minutes later and YELLED at this poor woman saying she was at the wrong check out. At which point this woman (yes still in her wheelchair) continuously said sorry and moves over. She took a moment or so to do so (obviously) and the employee continued to yell and be rude causing this poor woman to leave in tears. It should not be hard to be a decent human being.

Employees are too rude, they don't know how to treat costumers nicely, will never ever go back to this store. Very disappointed

The staff here are super rude and the store was filthy. Surprising since there was more than one person working and I was the only customer in the store.
