7-Eleven in Nanaimo is a 24-hour neighbourhood convenience store, open late and always ready when needed. It is a classic 7-Eleven experience, great for quick stops. The store is much bigger than most other locations, with a wide variety of items to grab. Customers can stop by for fresh coffee, cold drinks, and all their favourite snacks, from Slurpee and Big Gulp to hot food, pizza, and taquitos made fresh and fast. It is also convenient for everyday grocery essentials, lottery tickets, and has an in-store Scotiabank ATM. The service experience varies. Many find the staff friendly and the service great, with specific praise for the lovely evening staff, morning manager, and the absolute treat that is the Monday to Friday daytime manager and staff. However, some mid-morning to afternoon staff have been described as unhappy, unhelpful, and seeming annoyed, which has put some customers off. Despite this, it remains a go-to stop for its convenience, variety, and as a place to fuel up at the gas station or use delivery and pickup.
I absolutely love this place. This is my 7-11 and I would say i frequent it 1-3 times in a day And they never make me feel weird about it they always offer a hello and a smile and a washroom key and some fresh food and good variety and just ❤️!! I consistently overfill my big gulps and then they drip, so this is like a thanks to the employees for dealing and also exemption from me feeling bad about it. My only gripe is that I would use napkins if i could find em so like, it's kinda not my fault?? anyways apologies to y'all.
