I have been denied my Ozempic 5 times now. I am diabetic, diagnosed last May. I have been denied because a) they said twice they didn’t get the prescription from the doctor. When that has happened for my husband, they called the doctor, got the prescription and the contacted my husband to let him know he could get his prescription —but not for me. I had to make another appointment with my doctor…b) I was told I needed a special disposition. When they told my husband that they explained what it was and how to do that. Not me. c) in Dec. they told both my husband and I together the drug company changed a bin #. They said they would notify us when the problem was corrected. They notified my husband but not me. D) when I went in this last time when my husband got his prescription I was told my prescription had been written wrong and they were waiting for a response from the dr. When there has been a problem with my husband prescriptions in the past they straighten it out. My “wrong” prescription was from Dec. (and Nov and Sept. and May). When I was grieving my 5th denial the pharmacist was not talking to me, he directed his response to my husband. His parting comments were 1. We are trying to protect you. (I have had no medication, been denied test strips too). How is this protecting me. For my husband they follow up on problems and get it solved and get him his prescriptions…but I have been patiently waiting. And 2. His last statement to me was: there are 10 people waiting for Ozempic but if you want to pay $287.00 I can fill your prescription right now.

Went to buy fruit for a fruit salad, they had big tubs of Watermelons. I bought one and brought it home, cut it open and it was completely rotten on the inside, I'm talking like liquid just oozing out and the flesh was jelly mush. I called right away to advise the food Dept lady and hopefully get a replacement (Sunday evening I was thinking tomorrow after work). She asked me to bring it back? This was now melon soup in a garbage bag in my sink because of the amount of liquid coming out of it..I told her I would not be back in tonight and she said I should "keep the rotten melon in a container and then bring it back with the receipt tomorrow" uh!? Sorry but a billion dollar company can't reimburse me my rotten melon when I just spent $200 in your store?!? What a joke. I'll be taking my business to save on now.

I bought a laptop online and it has had problems since I got it. I tried to ask if I can exchange it and they said no cause I dont have the credit card anymore. So now I get stuck with a broken laptop. Also I bought it online so they gave me this big run around. Do not order anything online through Walmart
