I have been dealing with William and Tires plus for several years now and have had no issues there are very upfront and honest and personable to me. So when I read a review from Dan Smith under these reviews and saw he gave one star I have to say to him sour grapes. When you buy tire from another store and go to them for exchanging and balancing and not buying from them I think that is not good business. These people at Tires Plus are in the business of selling tires so why should they give you the same deal they give people who buy from them? They are in the business of making money to live as well.

Amazing young entrepreneur in growing business. Humble.Professional. Honest. Great service. Totally recommend to all. Love the tires and timely application to my truck (ordered and on within 24 hours despite being at the most busy time of their year). Nice job, Matt, William and team!

Came in with no appointment on a friday with a nail in my tire.I was in a panic as i had to be at airport soon and went to a few local mission tire repair businesses and they either didnt have many staff that day or were just too busy to help me,would of been 2.5 hour wait minimum i was told,thought i would try these guys and to my surprise after talking to them and explaining my situation they got me in right away,which i am so grateful,talk about stellar customer service,needless to say i am happy to now be a customer of theirs and being a local business man in mission with a small fleet of vehicles i will be using them for my go to guys.thank you once again...paul

Friendly staff and decent prices. Had a set of tires put onto my rims that I had driven there off the car. Everything went fine until I went to install them myself at home and 1 of the center caps was missing. Not the biggest deal and who knows it could have been gone beforehand but luckily it was only 15 dollars for a new one online.

I’ve never been here. I was gonna go buy four brand new tires for my car tomorrow and have them installed would’ve cost me about $1500 after reading all of these negative reviews. There’s no way I’m coming to this place ???

Booked my car, work was done to my complete satisfaction!! While waiting several walk in customers were told that due to short staff there would either be a long wait or not today. However, they got everyone in and even helped out a few people with kindness!! This is why I come here for all my car needs! Thx guys!

***WARNING!!!******THESE PEOPLE WILL SCAM YOU!!!***TLDR: These guys (Tires Plus / Tireland) are dishonest at best, liars at worst, and have unethical business practices which likely additionally cross some legal line.FULL STORY: Called to get my unmounted tires I just bought swapped over from winters, was quoted $100. Brought car in, was told 45 minutes; I go for coffee. About 30 minutes later I get a call, they have a problem because the tires are new; I bought them online. They say they actually charge double when tires are bought online, because local retailers etc. - says he'll do me the great favour of charging me "just" $180 since they're nearly done. I tell him "no thank you" and go to pick up my car & give him a piece of my mind.Back at the shop while I'm waiting for them to un-mount my new tires and re-mount my winters, he tells me all the shops have this same standard practice, and he uses Fountain Tire as a specific example, suggesting I call them and other shops to see for myself. Also says he asked me on the phone if the tires were new, which I'm pretty certain he didn't because had he done so, I would have wondered why he was asking and thought it was a weird question. I tell him this, and he immediately breaks into the old "You calling me a LIAR???" routine, lol. Sure sign of a liar most of the time, as I'd figured he probably either forgot, but after seeing his reaction I now believe it is a bait & switch routine, like quote me one price then hit me with another half way through when I've got my time invested. They probably do it all the time, whenever they can concoct some reason for doing so, which is why I'm posting this warning.Suffice to say, I did call around since I still had to get my tires put on, and no, of course Fountain Tire does not charge a premium for tires purchased online, as that would be illegal (so the Tires Plus guy does turn out to be a liar, no surprise there) Businesses can charge whatever they want, but what they can't do is discriminate pricing based on the color of your skin, the way you cut your hair, what you had for breakfast, or WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR TIRES. What they can absolutely do is exercise their right to refuse service; lots of mechanics won't accept parts bought elsewhere, but to quote one price and get the work half done, then call me up to charge more... these guys are predators, plain & simple.
