Customer service at this facility is poor and prices are WAY too high! Trust me, you’re better off going somewhere where it not only cleaner, but better priced.
I really miss when it was owned by Storage for your Life….

If I could rate this place Azeri I most definitely would. Trust me they do not deserve the one I had to rate them. I’m not even an actual customer of this poorly run business.. what they get away with and how they do treat there customers blows my mind…. Holding people’s stuff hostage is wrong on every level. And yes the fees were paid and nothing owing. However one night while it was very hot in town the place was being painted and the customer had opened up a door and had it propped open to get some fresh air and to let some of the paint fumes out… however that was reason for eviction.. which is fine rules are rules I guess but what I’m angry about and what I feel is wrong is the said customer is only allowed to access his stuff ONCE and he has to be accompanied with a vehicle and has to take everything in one load not allowed to make trips til it’s empty… like what the heck is that.. to me that’s criminal. And now my vehicle is gonna be locked behind there gate until the locker is cleared out.. like it doesn’t make any sense to me.. don’t store ur stuff here heaven forbid something happens you get treated like low class with no rights

Ria and Kiran at the location have been of excellent help.
They took their time to explain all of the services they had to offer and made recomendations on what size of storage would fit best for our needs. 10/10 would rent from them again in the future.
