“I have been buying from Club Canine for years. My dogs and cats have thrived on these meals. The cats actually refuse to eat anything else.
I was concerned when the business was sold, but Ash and Karrie haven't made any drastic recipe changes, they have been very accommodating with my limited pickup availability, and seem genuinely interested in customer feedback.”
“Went here for the first time to use their self-serve wash stations. Everything was very clean and tidy and shampoo, towels, brushes etc were laid out nicely. There was even a bow of small treats. (I've never used a dog wash station before lol) The girls working there were friendly and great, gave us a tour etc. will definitely be returning!”
“Love this store. Great selection of items for cats, dogs, and rabbits. Friendly staff. Lots of sales and deals on items. The nail trimming lady on Monday night is the best! The star on top for us is the dog washing stations! After a beach day or hiking/trail walk, Bosley's is our first stop before we drive home. So thankful for the dog washing stations!”

“Knowledgeable and kind staff. We have bought 3 hamsters from them over the years and they were so well socialized! They handle them regularly and offer lots of information. Our kids loved being able to play with their hamsters and didn’t have to go through any process of taming them like most have to buying from big box stores.
I also have utilized them for a lot of supplies when I had a turtle and they were beyond helpful.
They know their stuff and go above and beyond to help you”
“I noticed my "Top Fin" 160g aquarium heater stopped working. Even though the lights were indicating power, my temp strip was showing a chilly 70 degrees F!!! So I spoke with the manager (Manny) and explained my situation. I paid well over $100.00 for the heater, so I took it back to the store. To my dismay they no longer sell that type, however She (Manny) was so accommodating and professional. She exchanged it for two (2) 80g heaters for my poor Oscars (Dewey & Louise) that are in a 150g tank. I could not be more pleased (and so are my beautiful Oscars) that I felt compelled to give her a Five Star review ...If I could I would give 10 Stars for her outstanding customer service and professionalism!!! THANK-YOU so much Manny, and Dewey and Louise thank you as well. I will go nowhere else for my pets needs.”
“We went here yesterday to buy aquarium substrate for our current project and received assistance from both the cashier (blonde with glasses) as well as whomever the gentleman was managing at the time(between noon and 2pm) both went above and beyond to meet our needs both the cashier for trying to figure it out as well as the manager who was able to make it so we could leave with what we needed .
