Mani's approach to quoting left me quite shocked. He actually charges for quotes, which is already unusual. Moreover, his initial quote was a staggering $5,000 higher than what my regular mechanic ended up charging me. To make matters worse, when I compared the cost of parts online, it amounted to $1,600, but Mani wanted to charge a whopping $5,000 for parts alone, and an additional $3,000 for labor. A 300% markup is far from reasonable; I would have expected a 20-30% markup at most.In contrast, my trustworthy mechanic billed me just $2,000 for parts and $1,000 for labor, completing the job in just five hours. This seems reasonable - $200 an hour for labor and shop fees, along with a 28% markup on parts. It's evident that Mani attempted to take advantage of the situation, likely realizing that my van was essential for work, and any delay would cost me dearly.Adding insult to injury, Mani held my van hostage until I paid for the quote, which felt like nothing short of ransom. I had no choice but to comply to retrieve my keys. Fortunately, my knowledge of vehicle repairs saved me from falling prey to his tactics. I strongly advise against using Mission Auto.

Dont go here. Scratched my car's front bumper after having them install my plate number. Instead of saying sorry, tried to blame me for it. Posted a 1/5 star review on Google then they deleted it. Karma never losses an address.

Mani and the staff at Mission Automotive are fantastic. No one enjoys having to take there vehicle to the mechanics, but Mani made the experience stress free. He was friendly and eased my anxiety about my vehicle troubles. He was knowledgeable and provided me with sound advice when it came to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mission Automotive to anyone who needs assistance with there vehicle.
