I highly recommend Matus for the excellent service they provide. Not only were we happy with the freezer less fridge we bought from them, but when a week later our upright freezer suddenly died and things were quickly starting to melt, they literally had a new upright freezer delivered and the old one hauled away in under 2 hours. They saved the day with their prompt response and I was a very happy customer!

Excellent service from this local company in Mission. I needed a replacement shelf/drawer cover unit for my Frigidaire Gallery crisper drawer. I entered the store with some apprehension, thinking that there is a low probability to get the replacement part. Friendly knowledgeable staff took my details and the correct part arrived in the store the next day. Highly recommend this store.

Exceptional customer service! I had to buy a fridge in a hurry and luckily they had the model I was looking for in stock. The only thing that could have gone better was the levelling of the fridge as they forgot to tilt the fridge slightly to the back in order for the door to close on its own. My husband was able to fix that. Whirlpools quality control could be better as the fridge had a gouge on the inside wall and a crack in the deli drawer. When I reported this to Matus they gave me a rebate and ordered a new deli drawer for me. Very happy with the outstanding customer service! Too bad though that they don't service the appliances anymore.

Best service ever! Had an issue with a mattress I bought 2 1/2 years ago. Made a warranty claim with manufacturer and they refused to cover it and considered the case closed. Mentioned this to Shelly and she said she would look into it. A few days later she contacts me and said the issue was resolved and I got a full refund towards the purchase of a new mattress. She saved me over $1400! Your not going to get this kind of service from a big box store. Not only do they sell appliances and other items but they also service and repair them. This is very rare to find these days. Highly recommend this business. They will do their best to look after you.

I highly recommend Matus Appliance. The staff is very friendly and highly knowledgeable; they go above and beyond to help you find a solution to your problem.Whatever issues we had with our (respectfully old) dishwasher - from broken parts to leaky seals - the staff at Matus Appliance was always able to fix them. I'm incredibly grateful for their work. Don't hesitate to contact them for your appliance needs.

We had to shop for a washing machine on Christmas Eve:( Matus went above and beyond for us. They helped us try to fix our old machine at no cost. Helped my husband troubleshoot everything to try to avoid getting a new one. As suspected we needed a part that is now obsolete as our machine is too old. Without their advice and help we would have had to wait a long time for nothing. We truly appreciate it:) Would highly recommend them for service and/or purchase. Nice to speak to a person with knowledge from a family run business:) Never felt so happy to be able to finally do laundry!
