On April 30, 2024, I encountered an unfortunate experience with a staff member who displayed unprofessional behavior. Despite the majority of the staff being pleasant, this particular individual exhibited rudeness and a negative attitude. It is important to address this issue as it impacts the overall customer experience. I suggest providing additional training in customer service etiquette to ensure a more welcoming environment for all patrons.
I am specifically referring to the woman wearing a pink shirt and jeans. She quoted me $285 for a sensor that I later bought for $120 from Canadian Tire. To add to that, she applied the district discount I had as well. I'm sure she lied.

Excellent customer care!! Sandy helped me out with fuel line parts for a long-ago discontinued two-stroke. Listened very carefully to my specific needs in that moment, and really took the time to work with me until I was confident I could now get the job done!! Thank you once again, Sandy!

Its a lordco store..... Have most of everything you need in stock. If they don't they can usually get it in a short amount of time. Sometimes the line up to get your part can be long but that just seems to be lordco everywhere. Good amount of parking, rv and trailer friendly. Its also very close to the race way which is handy. Get Lordco location with good selection.

The parts are usually not available, or when they do find the parts (thank you Pam for looking so hard, much appreciated) the parts will be boxed wrong (right part number on box, wrong part inside). When I do get the right parts, mostly sensors, alternators, belt tensioners, they break or cease to function within a year. The people are generally great, except one or two, but can't excuse the horrible part quality. I've been through 3 alternators now. Unless I need something extremely generic, I shop elsewhere now.
