The customer service is so poor, when you go there no hello nor hi , if you ask for help it looks you asked them to do something which will cost them something as it’s the opposite we pay then get the stuff our prescription is never ready I made three trips for my prescription on 4 trip I had to call before wasting time and gas to go get.

Terrible pharmacy. They never answer the phones, and when they finally do the staff are extremely rude. On more than one occasion I have tried to refill a prescription which they said would be ready within half an hour, and I show up hours later to pick up and they tell me that they don't actually have what I need and it needs to be ordered and will take a few days. Don't waste your time here.

We've had many issues with this pharmacy. We've gotten the wrong prescription, been told there were no refills remaining when there were, and they've lost prescriptions faxed from our doctor's office, who confirmed the fax was received. Then we went in today to have the pharmacist look at our child's eye (she had pink eye) and after waiting in 2 lines to see the pharmacist, she quickly dismissed us saying there are no over the counter options for pink eye for children. When I tried to explain that we are aware pharmacists can now prescribe the necessary medicated eye drops, and that we had them prescribed by the pharmacist at Heritage Park pharmacy (a very positive experience) just a few months ago, she told us that no, she couldn't prescribe to a child in a rude tone, and walked away. We went to Shoppers pharmacy down the road and got the eye drops from the pharmacist there, with no issue. I highly recommend avoiding Superstore pharmacy, there are much better pharmacies in town.

Worst pharmacy ever.
Twice they lost our filled prescription. They claimed it was finished, but could not find it anywhere then put is in the 40-60min queue. Their mistake, they should have fixed it right away.
Yesterday, I went to have 3 prescriptions refilled. When I went to pick them up. They didn’t say anything and I had to ask why only 2 were ready. They were completely out of the third one and had to order in. It’s one of the most common medications that all pharmacies fill…. Have to go to a walk-in to get a temporary prescription so I can get it filled somewhere else to last until they get it in stock!
We will never be going to their pharmacy again.

They keep lying about the time some of the worst service. They say it's going to be 30 minutes. You want to run the store for 40 minutes. Then they say it's going to be another 20 minutes

Worst Pharmacy ever, bring your prescriptions elsewhere. Staff have been rude to me on numerous occasions, i won’t be coming back i recommend you don’t either

My initial rating would be 2, however my rating today is 5, thanks to Pharmacist Mina. The service I received yesterday was uncooperative for a prescription I’m to take on the same day every month that was not there. Mina professionally and courteously resolved my dilemma today.

Service has been going down hill last 2 years badly. Messing up on prescriptions, not filling ontime, not faxing in orders, billing issues, very poor customer service. We will be looking for different pharmacy now after 10 years. Just can't deal with all the issues anymore there. Please get your acts together

My doctor faxes my prescription in and they just fill the whole thing without my permission. Then I go in and they have to put them back on my account because I can't afford 6 month of my meds. Then I have to wait 1 to 2 hours. If I walk away they keep serving other people so I have to sit and stare at them to get it done. 3 times now ive been through this so im done

I phoned in a refill on my prescription & I was told it would be ready in an hour. I stressed I needed it today because I can not miss a day. I showed up a few hours later & was told it was out of stock & couldn't be filled today. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. At some point, prior to me going there, a pharmacy tech realized they wouldn't be able to fill the prescription. A well run pharmacy would probably call & say they can't fill the prescription, Superstore Pharmacy in Mission is not a well run pharmacy.

Absolutely no care for people's time. First time I had a prescription sent in I arrived several hours later and was told to wait 40 mins while they filled it. Second time I waited two days after the prescription was sent in only to be told I'd have to wait 30 mins. Be warned prescriptions aren't filled when they're sent in. Be prepared to wait. Should have read the other reviews before selecting this pharmacy...

Terrible pharmacy. They used to be good. went there 3 times in two days. Day one, dropped off prescription at 2pm. Was told it would take 40 minutes. I said it was fine, I would be back around 6pm to pickup. Showed up at 6pm and was told it wasn't ready and that they needed 20 minutes. I couldn't wait, so I went back at 5:50pm the next day. Waited in line almost 10 minutes. Got to the counter and gave the information required. She didn't say a word, went to the computer at the back and started to process the prescription and pick everything (3 prescriptions). It still hadn't been done. I stood there waiting for 20 minutes while 6 others were waiting in line behind me. So I left, I extended to her the same courtesy she gave me, I said nothing. I was so frustrated, I had to just leave. I realize that they are short staffed, everyone is these days. However, they are over promising and under delivering. I would much rather be told that it would take 3 days than be told 40 minutes, but give them 4 hours and it's still not done, so then go back again a day later and it's still not done. It's not ok. I feel that they need to re work their procedures and organize themselves a little differently because the way they're doing things now isn't working, for anyone.

I have been there 4 times. You can't call because they never answer the phone. If you ask for meds and then shop they will keep taking walk ins so you have to wait and remind them you're waiting. Min wait 40 min. When my doctor faxed prescription the filled whole 6 months then tried to overcharge. They have never apologized. You're simply not a person there. I left for better service. Worst experience ever.
