I came into lanka jewels on august 9th at 7:00 and two helpful and polite ladies took in my watch to size it for me. When i returned midday on august 13th to find pick up my watch, it was still too large. a different women was working. i politely told the woman working that it was still too large and didn’t sit properly on my wrist, and then offered to pay the entire price over again to have it sized even smaller. the woman told me it “looked fine” and that it was a “difficult and time consuming job”, and then told me to pay the 45 dollars it cost me and to take it home. she used a rushed and mean tone that i didn’t know how to respond to, so I was caught a little off guard and just went along with it. i paid for the service and went home, but am still unhappy with the size of the watch. my experience was unpleasant and i’m left not knowing if i should
come back and asked for my watch to be fixed. i felt pressured into paying for something i wasn’t happy with.

I had my wedding band custom made by Lanka Jewels and I am thrilled with the result! The process of going in and getting it designed was easy, and the staff that helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. A much better customer service experience compared to People's, and the ring was a much more reasonable price! If you're looking to have a ring designed I'd definitely recommend Lanka.
The photo shows my engagement ring which has the red stone, and the slim band below it is the ring I got from Lanka. It's exactly what I wanted and fits seamlessly with my other ring

I came here with unusual requests for the ring I have, and Lanka was able to meet every single one. They took great care of the delicate filigree on my ring, and it came back to me in perfect condition. Couldn’t recommend them more for any fixes you need on your antique jewelry!

Excellent selection and great service. Lots of beautiful items in the store. Likely something for everyone. Lots of wedding bands and rings but they also have many other beautiful jewlery items.

The service at Lanka jewellers is exceptional. My watch had stopped working, and I assumed that the battery needed to be replaced. They tested the battery, said that it was still good and sent me on my way with no charge!! I love this kind of honesty.

The service was great. Me and my fiancé came in to get our ring sizes. Although we didn't buy anything, I really appreciated how helpful and kind Pamela was. We were just running errands in the morning and decided to do a walk-in with our hoodies and sweatpants, which would've already garnered attitude from other jewellery stores, but there was no judgment. We got our sizes without rush, and I really felt cared for. Thank you.

I took my wedding set in to get new prongs on my engagement ring. Every part of my experience with Lanka Jewels was amazing! :) The people are friendly and helpful, even going so far as to clean the other ring I was wearing while the repair order was being written up. The price for the repair was very reasonable and the ring looks better than it did when it was new. I am so impressed with this store. I can't stop looking at my ring and we've been married 20 years. :) Thank you, Lanka Jewels. I will tell everyone I know about the great job you did for me. First time going to this place absolutely the best decision ever. I needed my ring cut and sized. They were very helpful,very professional and friendly . Didn’t have to wait long either ! And when I picked up my ring it was more beautiful then ever and the cost was absolutely shocking on how reasonable it was !!!! Absolutely recommend this jewelry store for all your needs
