I just moved back to Mission after being gone for 15 years. I needed my valve stem replaced. Then a couple days later a flat tire. They never charged me for the flat and tire change. Both times I went there I've had very friendly service and then no charge on my second service. Who gets that these days. Excellent ? place and awesome staff. Thank you.

Huge thanks to the owner bill, had a faulty plug in my tire and called 30 mins before closing, and he got me in to get a patch. And my family and I are new to mission, this awesome human being was so busy but yet was kind, professional and made the experience the best. You’re an amazing person and I thank you for a top notch experience. We will see you in the winter for tires ?

Wonderful man behind the counter. He was super busy but still remained friendly, professional, and patient. I had a screw removed from my tire. The service was prompt and reasonably priced. I'll be coming back for sure!

I've taken my car here a couple of times and been satisfied with the service but today my wife took her car in and these guys worked her over good. They used the most expensive parts for a brake pad and rotor change and though no one would notice. News flash guys, when 2 brake pads and 2 rotors come to $430 in parts alone theres a big problem here. It's clear they're taking advantage of someone they think doesn't know about cars. Never will I take a vehicle back to these guys

Honest and Forthright.
Came in for road force balancing for vibration and wobbling in my steering wheel on highways speeds after I had aftermarket tires and wheels put on. The team at Fountain Tires diagnosed the correct issue and conducted a simple fix.
They could have charged me for the road force balancing and let me sort out the problem on my own but they were honest and straight forward during the interaction.
Highly recommended!!!

Bill and his team @ Fountain Tire (Mission B.C.) are the best of the best. Gonna be hard to compete with these guy's when they blow your expectations away in every conceivable way. They go way beyond professionalism and integrity. I am so grateful to have trusted my car to these guy's. The numbers on the card machine matches the numbers on the quote. I’ve been going to see Bill at Fountain since I got my first car. His team always takes care of me with my regular maintenance and when the surprise nail in the tire times come up. Bill, Jason, and the whole team do good work, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a tire store! Start to finish Mission Fountain Tire was so courteous and professional. Honest and transparent quotes and advice. Online ordering and appointment setting is great! Quick in and out. I highly recommend Bill and his team to everyone especially women. It’s hard sometimes as a woman to not get taken advantage of. So glad I took a recommendation and came here. Thank you again Bill for the stellar service and prices! So appreciated!
