Employees ignored customers (at least 7 people) while communicating with each other in another language, forcing you to go through self checkout and will not help you even if your self checkout requires an attendant.

This Dollarama was excellent. Whether it was pet supplies,household needs, grocery items, painting supplies like drop cloths or greeting cards they had a wide range of good items at very attractive pricing.

If I could rate a ZERO, I would! In all my years in retail, I have never come across such a rude, condescending and unprofessional manager in my life! I believe her name is Sam. She should be working in the back away from people. Just awful.

Rude management. Refused to refund 40$ of my money. I know u have this disclaimer to not honour your product but I'm stuck with containers that aren't worth 40! They were 4. 25 each. Absolute garbage. Shame on the staff that supports this
