I have been going to Raydar for my vehicle repair needs for years and I have always had a satisfactory experience. The office staff are very nice and professional with how they handle the quotes, claims and customer service. I highly recommend Raydar for your autobody needs.

Disorganized experience and poor customer service. The appraisal went well; however, the process afterwards broke down. I was promised an estimate in two days then another two days after calling, in the end it took two weeks. After receiving it I made inquiries regarding the estimate on the phone and was argued with. I went to email to document it and got it sorted; however, when I went to book the email was never responded to. At this point I had already lost confidence in this shop, which was a shame as it was recommend by family.
I took my business to Abbotsford instead and ended up being treated so well I will now not use another shop.

Time of repair was amazing.. Quality of repair was great snd it appears they gave my vehicle a mini detail clean windshield. Car is nice and shiney and nw looking. Even with a litlle ICBC confusion this place is who i would definitely recommend.

Had my windshield replaced here the other day and it was a very pleasant experience! My windshield looked amazing and the receptionist and manager were very friendly and helpful! Definitely will be going here again.

Changing my 5 star to a 1 because of my horrible experience. First time I came here I was met with a great service. 2 years later I came back and have been put through it trying to get these guys to do a proper and full repair on my truck. I am understanding that some fixes can be complex and take time to diagnose. That being said I picked my truck up 4 times to find out they had not even done a test drive to see if was solved. Ended up being told it wasn’t accident related and they wouldn’t help. (Found out later at different shop it indeed was)
Through all of this I was met with rude and less than considerate attitude. Leaving me without my brand new truck for more than 2 months now. I will and would highly recommend doing business elsewhere.

Where do I begin?
I have been taking my cars to Raydar since I moved here almost 10 years ago. In the spring of 2023, I took my SUV to get a repair on an ICBC claim. I also requested a windshield replacement with my $200 ICBC deductable. The whole process was very efficient and smooth, as I always experienced. Had my car back within 1.5 weeks, which also factored in the delivery delay of certain car parts. It took me a few months to notice an issue with my car, affected mainly by the dampness of the winter weather. Since I could not quite understand what the issue was, I took the car back to them to have them discover a leak. Even though the issue isn't directly their fault, they did not take advantage of me and fixed the issue at no cost to me. Thank you so much for all your help! When I got my car back, they even vacuumed and polished the interior. No lie, I had a happy tear in the corner of my eye.

I needed to have a dent repaired on my 3 week old vehicle, needless to say I was extremely nervous about it. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Raydar autobody. The staff were fantastic, my quote and subsequent repair were both dealt with fast and efficiently. The quality of work was top notch, the car was ready when they said it would be. Highly recommend

Excellent service. Took our Camaro in that we had just purchased that had an existing "keying" along two panels. Fantastic job...looks like new again. Paint matched a 2010 Camaro perfectly. Definitely taking all my vehicle work to Radar.

Lady on the phone was not amazing not helpful not courteous just because of that phone call Made me so uncomfortable that I don’t even want to bring my truck to go get it fixedEven though she was explaining why I couldn’t bring it to her and I was explaining to her that my truck was still within the year, and I was trying to explain to her that it was not being towed in that I could drive it so every reason that she was telling me they couldn’t bring it. I was telling her that I could.And she was so rude and just cared about being right it’s not about being right it’s trying to help your customer or rather potential customerAnd then obviously you can see her reply. She just cares about being right not even sorry that she was rude and that’s why I actually hung up. I didn’t say anything I didn’t do anything wrong so I didn’t figure I deserve to be treated or talk to you like that, so of course I would Hang upAnd if you read the reviews, it seems to be the only problem with that shop. Is the lady in the front the guys in the back do a great job.
