“I just moved back to Mission after being gone for 15 years. I needed my valve stem replaced. Then a couple days later a flat tire. They never charged me for the flat and tire change. Both times I went there I've had very friendly service and then no charge on my second service. Who gets that these days. Excellent ? place and awesome staff. Thank you.”

They provide exceptional customer service but being professional, truthful and overall being honest is what makes them stand out from other mechanics.
The latest service was about a suspected worn bearing. To replace a bearing is usually around $600
After inspecting the vehicle Marco called and let me know that the noise was coming from a loose wheel from the front. The wheel nuts were not torqued again after switching from snow tires abd they were somewhat loose causing the wheel to spin unbalanced and noisy.
I asked him to replace the brakes because they were overdue to replace but Marco didn't charge anything extra for the inspection and diagnostic.
Other mechanic could have easily charged me for a bearing that wasn't needed. But not Marco and Angelica. To me they are the most honest and professional Mechanics in BC.”

“I've had all my cars repaired at Mission Auto Tech. Andy is the best mechanic in town and a specialist on Nissan cars! My daughter, who now lives in Vancouver, had her car repaired twice in Vancouver and they didn't repair what she brought the car in for, costing her $$$ of unnecessary expenses! “After having an absolutely abysmal experience (or two!) at the Automall dealership and service department in Abbotsford, I had stopped going through the company altogether and have been using a personal mechanic ever since. When it came time to do a warranty repair, I reluctantly reached out to Pioneer in Mission and they have been absolutely amazing to deal with throughout the entire process. Armang was super personable, and they made sure they walked me through anything that was needed (and actually went above and beyond what I was needed just to ensure it was good to go).
