The lady that helped me was welcoming although it was near to closing time. I was not rushed and shown a few different styles of work boots. The manager was just as nice providing unparralled small city hospitality. I would definitely shop here again and support this store.

Very terrible customer service. I walked in and was immediately followed around. I then asked the lady if they carried a certain brand and she laughed and said we haven't carried that in year's. Then I asked where girls sweaters were for my daughter and she said there everywhere and stood there staring at me blankly like I was going to steal something even though they have door alarms. My wife told me to not go in there because she's had similar experiences but I went anyways. Wish I hadn't. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star.

I've been buying work boots from Dan for over 20 years. Service is always great. He carries a ton of high quality work wear and clothing. I've tried saving money on boots with the house brand at the competition and ended up wasting my money.
Do it right the first time at work & play.
