I started my day with two self tapping screws in both passenger side tires of my 3500 up in Logan Lake. Made a phone call down the list on google got told by other places it’d be a couple days this and that then got a hold of fountain tire. Even though they were working on other projects at the time they said come on in. Pulled up got right in and got both tires done in 30 minutes. The cost was half of what I was expecting and the service was phenomenal. All staff members that worked on my truck were outgoing and very informative on what was going on. The front desk was also very helpful, quick at what the diagnosis on the phone and very friendly. All in all 10/10 will be back for any future tire issues and sales with that kind of service. Thank you Fountain Tire Merrit.

We just had a great experience with Fountain Tire in Merritt. It starts with them answering their phone, which their competition did not! We blew a tire on our Uhaul trailer on the Coquihalla. We called our Uhaul agent and she said we could buy a tire and she’d reimburse us (way faster than waiting for Uhaul roadside assistance). Fountain Tire had a tire in stock. When we arrived at their shop, they were waiting for us with the tire, ready to mount it on the rim for us. They called a young guy off another job to quickly mount our tire. We were in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Such great service!

I had to get my new tires retorqued before heading down the Coquihalla. The guys at Fountain Tire were so helpful and friendly, they did it in a few minutes on a Saturday morning and I was on my way. I would absolutely go there for tire services next time I'm in Merritt. Thanks!

I have been using Fountain Tire Merritt off and on since 1997 and have always found them to be honest, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you for such great service spanning decades. My latest visit involved a muffler and because I trust their garage, I chose them over anyone else. It was a rusty old muffler that fell off. From them diagnosing what needed to be done to fixing was less than a week. Most of the wait was for the parts. They drove me home and picked me up. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Orange guys across the street said 2 weeks for a loose 16in trailer tire change, Hayden at Fountain Tire got 4 changed out with a smile and without hassle.

Had a rear truck tire blowout towing our trailer just outside of Merritt on the 5 south. Got a hold of Jamie, gave him tire size of which he had, and said he could put them on as soon as we could get to him! Finally got down to the shop, Jamie and Cole fit us in, in what looked like another busy day and had us back on the road in about an hour. Awesome folks to deal with! Thanks again for your help.

After a blowout and wrecked rim on our Motor home…Lance with much help from Kevin stayed after hours to save us. I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve experienced service like that!!!Thanks for everything!!!

Very clean reception area and pleasant employee who served my husband. The work to our RV is to be done in a week's time. Had purchased 6 tires & employee was most helpful in finding mid priced tires for us within our limited budget. These were installed, plus an oil change. Very pleased with the advice and customer service.

James and Sheila were friendly and courteous and went out of their way to fit me in and stayed late to fix my pickup to get me back on the road. As far as I'm concerned they are the only garage in Merritt.

I was on my way to the lower mainland for an important appointment. My car stopped working so I limped it into Fountain Tire Merritt where they were so great. I believe the man who very willingly helped me, on what I think was his lunch break, was named Lance. He was so kind and ran diagnostics for me immediately to establish that it was a bigger problem that could be immediately resolved so I could plan what to do next. As I sat in the comfortable waiting area trying to figure out what to do, I was so grateful to not feel rushed to get out of there. I called my husband who came and brought me his truck for the remainder of my journey, but then we were unsure how he was going to get back to Kamloops. The gentleman who took the time to run my diagnostics offered to DRIVE HIM HOME to Kamloops once he was done his shift! Then, on top of everything, he refused to charge me a dime because "I have a big enough repair bill coming and I shouldn't have to worry about more expenses". I just can't thank you enough Fountain Tire Merritt. It was a stressful situation and you alleviated so much of that. Serious gratitude over here ❤️

Great location for tires in Merritt their professionals helped me out 30 minutes before closing as I was on my way to Vancouver and had problems with my tires alignment. These guys saved our trip! Thanks for having an awesome tire shop!
