Partner brought in her vehicle to get a brake inspection and information on which rotors were needed, and was promised the info would be in the inspection report. Whoever wrote the report withheld the information promised, and when phoned was extremely rude and told us he had it "written down right here" in front of him but wouldn't give it to us since we wouldn't replace the brakes with them. Manager called back later to give proper info, otherwise only a 1 star experience. From other reviews it seems they are mostly good but have a bad apple working there, so be careful with them.

Great shop. They never recommend work that isn't needed. They're very honest and straight forward with what they do recommend. The work is always top notch. My go-to shop north of the Fraser.
The owner I've also seen active in the 4x4 community. Nice to see a shop getting involved helping out their local towns.
