Great job polishing and blending a major toe scuff. Fixed all stitching and did it on a rush as I was heading out of town. Very reasonable pricing and awesome customer service.

OUTSTANDING!! Purchased a very expensive pair of runners online and had a lace loop snap on the first lace up. I was so disappointed as it was too tricky for me to try and fix myself so I brought them in and Phil said no problem. Picked them up after the weekend, tested them out on my morning run and it was better than new! Amazing, clean work and such friendly service. This place is always a life saver!

I had a positive experience at Town Square Cobbler! Their quick and efficient service in fixing my heels on New Year's Eve is commendable. The welcoming atmosphere also added to the overall pleasant experience. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them. I plan on returning to Town Square Cobbler in the future with more shoes!

Today I went to the Town Square cobbler to have some patches put on a cut. The work was amazing. The customer service there is excellent. Kimberly was extremely professional , very knowledgeable at her craft. Kimberly did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Town Square cobbler. I will definitely be returning with more leather work to be done and I will be recommending to all my friends and family to have their work done there.

The only saving grace for these guys is that they do a decent job on stitching and they guarantee their work... other than that I won't be coming back. Never on time and they can't resole a boot properly. After less than a month the new sole was coming apart, I took them back on Thursday and they said my boots would be done on Sunday. I come by on Monday and not only can they not find them(they were buried in a bin full of boots) they were also not fixed or even looked at. So whatever the guy says come back in half an hour and again with the timing it took an hour and when I got them home the glue was obviously still soft so the boots are currently under 80 pounds of free weights... do not recommend coming here. Would give negative stars if I could
