The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful.
He refused to look at documentation I had to show in order to get my parcel, instead he told me to look through all the packages received that day and find it myself.
Tried contacting UPS but the pick up centres are franchised and they dont take any action. If you dont have to go here, I would encourage you to use another service or location.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write bad reviews, but I’ve been to this location multiple times, and the same man has been working, is always so rude and dismissive. He doesn’t say hello when you come in and isn’t helpful in any way. The first time my package was lost that said it was delivered to this access point, he could care less (which is fine) but could at least offer advice on what to do. And today I was sending something back and hadn’t taped the bag or put the return label on (I guess I’m used to Canada Post who will close your bag and give you a sleeve for the return slip, so maybe my bad) but his tone was so rude..hopefully my package makes it back because he doesn’t give receipts?? I also accidentally left my phone on the counter and came back 5 min later asking if my phone was there and again, his tone was so rude. It doesn’t take much to just be friendly..I know working in customer service can take a toll, and is stressful but treat your customers with respect, not asking for a lot here..I was left with such a bitter taste in my mouth after this last encounter. I’ll go out of my way to not use this location.

Will be contacting corporate and having a long chat about getting this guy's franchise revoked, terrible and rude customer service and on top of that, the stores sole attendant is hardly actually there, the business hours listed on Google are a straight-up lie, the owner of this establishment regularly goes out on "15 minutes errands" breaks multiple times a day so good luck actually getting service here because there rarely is actually a person in the store. It's genuinely crazy that he's been there for almost 2 decades and hasn't been reprimanded.

Deserves a 0 rating. This guy claims he doesn’t have a printer to print a receipt for packages dropped off therefore providing no proof the package was dropped off. What credible business does not have a printer? He is rude and indignant to customers!

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. I opened the front door, and waited at the desk for a good 5 minutes. Pretty sure he could hear that a customer came into the store. He ignored and continued on his computer. I placed my car keys on the front desk to test if he was doing this on purpose. No response. So I had to say excuse me just to get some service. He spoke in a very rude tone. I told him I had a package that was dropped off. He did even look and with a rude tone, told me it wasn’t there. Tried to escort me out of the store after I called him out on his poor customer service, rude words and tone. Store was messy and cluttered. was really disappointed with the customer service they provide there. And I am now not surprised after discovering all the bad reviews this man has received! Makes me feel like I was definitely now being a Karen, instead, validated.

Not a lot a worse from a customer service perspective than arriving at 2:05 to find out that, though the website and google say they're open until three on Saturdays - they are not - they are only open until 2:00... So Frustrating.

This review is about UPS as a whole company. And not solely about this particular location.
But the service at this location is a perfect example of the kind of service to expect from any location with the letters UPS above the counter. Complete incompetence.
UPS is the worst courier company of them all. Other companies complete their deliveries. I order a lot of things to my home. UPS have not delivered a package to me in at least three years. They just leave notification tags even though I am home.
In my opinion this is stealing from the customers. It is stealing from the senders and the receivers. Somebody is paying for an item to be delivered. That is not being done. The receiver then has to spend their time and money collecting the package themselves. FEDEX, Purolator, DHL, Canada Post, Amazon all deliver their packages. UPS should be ashamed of themselves. And shame to the families of the workers. And really they are only damning themselves. Your future is what you make.
I have tried to figure out what needs to be done to get the packages actually delivered.
The response I got was, UPS "does not like delivering to apartments." and yet they like taking money to deliver to them.
Please, I beg you. If you are going to send a package. Use a different company.
You are getting ripped off if you use UPS.

The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The owner was watching a video on his phone and before I could even ask my question he just says to me " leave it over there" (in a rude tone), referring to the package I brought in. Take some pride in your business.

The staff at this UPS location are consistently rude and unhelpful. Every time I visit, I’m met with a negative attitude that makes the experience frustrating and unpleasant. Customer service here is seriously lacking.

The guy behind the counter was super friendly, I just said I needed help to back a bag I was returning from online (no box) and he just took the papers needed, found a box and handled the rest of the stuff.
