We probably went to around 10 other furniture stores before we stopped in here, and boy are we glad that we did. The first and obvious thing you notice when you walk in is that unlike all the stores we went to, we weren't immediately pounced on by salesmen and we had ample time to sample whatever we were looking at before we had someone come up and check on us. The prices are either cheaper or very competitive with the other locations that we went to, I felt no need to haggle on the pricing due to that. We ended up buying a loveseat and got it delivered in the house and the movers had it done in 10 minutes! Absolutely incredible considering the very tight area and the amount of stairs that were involved in getting it down there. I'm incredibly satisfied with the product, customer service, and delivery. I would not hesitate coming back here in the future to pick up more stuff for our home. Don't bother leaving Maple Ridge to look at furniture, just go here and I'm sure you'll find what you need.

I have bought many furniture items from here. Great prices and service. I will not shop anywhere else. Also my friends buy from here now. It's worth the drive.

Spent over a hour and a half trying out every love seat and recliner , asked a ton of questions and at no point did the salesman give off a hint of frustration. He guided us around the warehouse without hovering until we finally found what we wanted . Even when the paperwork was done he let my wife go back and make sure she had the right recliner. Myself being old school he even let me haggle the price , even though the items were already marked down . Delivery was flawless as was the pickup up our old items , and the price for that was very competitive . One thing I will suggest is the salespeople introduce themselves as I didn’t catch our salesman name and it was just a scribble on the invoice , so no shout out to him ! The quality of the merchandise seems far better than the big box stores .

Can’t say enough good things about this store. Always our first stop when looking for furniture. We have made all our major furniture purchases here, most recently a sofa , chair , bedroom suite and mattress. Great selection, many Canadian made pieces, good prices, no high pressure sales people. Brian has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great quality furniture, mattresses, and decor, and they have options for all budgets! I'd totally recommend checking this place out. It's a bit of a hole in the wall from the outside, but go on in!

My brother and I bought my parents a new bed and mattress as a Christmas present this year. We looked everywhere and decided The Furniture Center was the best choice! We picked one of their bed frames that was customizable as it was a great fit. Because it was a surprise I was worried about delivery but was easily put at ease that they would be able to store it until after Christmas. We picked delivery that included them bringing the bed and putting it together. Best money ever spent. Highly recommend. Everything from the moment we walked into the store to the delivery of the bed was grade A service - knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. My parents were excited and have had nothing but nice things to say about their new bed and mattress. We were given a recommendation to shop here and I want to give the recommendation to anyone who reads this Google review to shop here! Thanks Rick and Michael and Delivery crew on a great surprise gift!!!

Fantastic service!!! On site, we browsed extensively and tried every single reclining sofa they had. The gentlemen were so patient and super helpful, yet they didnt hover or put on sales pressure at all. One of those gentlemen was Brian who was also one of the delivery/installation team with Winston. Completely professional and careful yet very personable. Such a friendly business. Good honest feel to the whole experience. And we love our new sofa and chair! I'm so glad we checked them out. We will definitely return!

This is the fourth time I've purchased from Furniture Center. I purchased a bedroom set and two different couches over the years. Today I had a mattress and bed frame delivered and set up. If I am looking for some new piece of furniture I do shop around and have always ended back with Furniture Center. The prices are comparable or better than the box stores and their delivery and set up is well managed and affordable. Customer service is fantastic!! They are a hidden jewel but shouldn't be. I recommend everyone take a peek before buying elsewhere.

I love this store. It's the store I must check whenever I need a new furniture. I bought bed and sofa from this store and they are all good quality, and the price is reasonable as well. Highly recommended.
