TERRIBLE BRANCH - I banked a cheque with this Branch, and after 5 days they rejected it. When I asked why it had been rejected I got told 5 different stories. I asked for my cheque back so I could bank with a different bank and they refused to return my cheque. When I escalated the issue to the Assistant Bank Manager, she was rude and unhelpful. Now I have no money and no cheque thanks to TD Bank. I wont be banking with TD in the future. Terrible customer service and communication, plus wont accept my cheques.

I went in to get a few matters handled, and the customer service rep was awesome. Natalie helped me open a new credit card and assisted me with a big payment. She didn't rush me and was super patient. Definitely happy with the service at this location!

I’ve been with TD since I was 15yrs old and I’ve never ever had an issue..this branch location is my go to because the line moves fast,the staff are very friendly and helpful..I’ve watched staff deal with customers who are so rude and cranky at them and honestly it’s so frustrating to watch what they go through by other customers..the manager is always soo friendly with any concerns and help anyone who needs it..the bank needs a sign at the door for all the ignorant people who just wanna jump down others throat for every reason,the sign should say “if you can’t remain calm or in a bad mood try coming in at a different time”..

Days ago, I went to this branch , all doors were all still open ; and I didn't realize it's near closing time .
There was a white tall back ground young girl with very heavy make up . ( I can see she is new here) , her first greetings to me were, " what do you want ? The branch is going to close in 3 minutes.". She said with very harsh ton.
At the moment, I can not believe what she just said to a me as a valued customer for life who just need some help.
However, I was trying to hold my anger ,so I have replied to her without hesitation.
So I said to her..
"I am a customer , and I am still here ,
( the bank's door were open when I came in !! )
From this well reputation Big bank...
Her working attitude was very bad , unprofessional .
Seriously, she really needs lots of on going job training from TD upper management.

I have been banking with TD Canada Trust for almost two decades now. I have always been satisfied with the products and services, thank you.However, I would like to commend Kevin Monzon Ipince, Customer Service Associate as he has far exceeded my expectations. He was so lovely to deal with!Kevin was very professional, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He really took the time to ensure that I understood everything. He never rushed me even if the bank was closing soon. Service with a smile which you rarely get these days not to mention on a Friday at closing time. Kevin patiently went through account options, explain and offered the TD products and services available for me. I really really appreciate all the effort he put in. I have never encountered a bank associate as enthusiastic, helpful and as calm as Kevin.This is by far the best customer service I have received from TD and I hope that you continue to train all your associates this way. Of course, Kevin’s personality has a lot to do with it. He is definitely as asset to TD.

This bank is closed 3 days a week that's ridiculous. It's the last day of the month to pay rent and If there were any discrepancies with the one bank machine I would be phucked. Even in Portugal in the 90s you could slip your card in the door it would open and you would have access to at least two machines. I guess now that fentanyl people are dying in there I guess you can't do that anymore ?. How about a bank machine at TD Bank that's accessible 24 hours a day. I find in certain cities TD Bank machines are impossible to find on the weekends. Pretty pathetic Maple Ridge can't get with modern times and TD can't make proper accessible bank machine services

I deposited cheque on 4 th it was $33000 bank deposited twice $33000 then they pick it up I wants to inform bank but where I was no phone service or internet I could do only WhatsApp call I was unable to inform bank . Then my truck break down I needs my money I call bank they didn’t release my my money they made me to sit one day for my money. It cost me one day work $2000 . After 30 minutes on phone bank said no they can’t left hold on my account. I would not recommend anyone to open account in TD . One more thing never before they putt hold on my cheque. . Zero star to TD bank .

Horrible,actually. I had to wait for a very long time for a line of credit approval so they could call me to say they'd get " someone else " to contact me regarding the matter, which they didn't do at all. Time consuming and a waste of time.
