Dont go to this Branch at all! Staff are not responsible and terrible experience.I opened a joint account with my mom in January 2024, and as she has a work permit visa, paige suggested the Newcomer account for one years with no monthly charges. I have all the necessary paperwork and account details. However, I noticed a $12 charge for January (originally stated as $16, but considering my mom's senior status, there should be a senior discount). I visited the branch to discuss this directly with paige, but she were occupied at the time. Her colleague assured me that she would contact me to address the issue and arrange for a refund. Regrettably, I haven't received any communication from paige since then!After making several calls, the teller mentioned that either paige or their manager, Chelsey, would contact to resolve the matter. Despite my follow-up calls, I haven't heard from anyone! I'ce sent 2 emails and explained, but still no one replied back! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by them and TD. I am considering closing my account due to the lack of responsiveness! I expect a prompt resolution to this

A horrible place full of incompetent people. I have a mortgage with them and I am supposed to get a cashback in June. It's the end of September and still nothing. I went there in July and was told the issue would be fixed soon, and the cashback will be transferred. It never happened. I called their mortgage specialist a few times this month, he always says 'Let me look into it and I will call you back'. He never, ever did that. A bunch of incompetent liars work there.

I believe the drive-thru ATM doesn't work properly. I've been to this drive-thru ATM three separate times to deposit cash and on each occasion it did not accept the bills. The bills had at least one fold down the middle (from being in my wallet). Do the bills have to be in prestine condition to be deposited? It's only this ATM I have received issues with since other branches have no problem accepting bills with only one fold. I have added pictures of the bills I tried to deposit please take a look.

This is the slowest bank you’ll ever get service at. I come here regularly and can expect to wait in line anywhere from 10-45 minutes every time I’m here, even if I’m next in line. They never have more than 2 clerks helping at once even though there are other staff sitting there at their desks, “keeping busy”. I will be calling TD head office to see what can be done about this pathetic service. The only reasons I gave a 2 (instead of 1) star is because when I am finally being served, they manage to get the job done right.

Uses to be good service. Seems like everytime I go there now I'm having to wait at least 20 minutes to see a teller. Perhaps they are under staffed at the front end.

This bank is by far the worst I've ever dealt witb. the customer service quality is super low both on the phone and in person no problems ever get solved when I call them and I get charged so many bogus fees that never get credited back for simply been unaware. I barely use the card and yes they will charge you just to use your card to buy something in the store or surprise you at the end of the month with 100 charge for sending your own money in or out of your own accounts chq and savings

I switched to TD bank in 2015 because the customer service was horrible at Vancity Bank. It was the best switch ever!The tellers at both TD bank locations in Maple Ridge have always been so wonderful and non judgemental. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and helpful staff every time I come in!Thank you , for making my banking experience a positive one ☺️

They were great! No line ups, very helpful staff, my account was frauded and they were able to fix it right up no problem and I'm not even from this area so it was a very humbling experience thank you TD for all your help you made my visit exceptional.

Your atm is garbage. If you're going to lock the doors at least put the atm outside. And why can I never deposit to your atm. Even checks. I litterly had to drive around town today looking for a td bank thats atm would accept a check or even cash.. imagine using the old technology that actually works...

Staff needs to be mindful how to approach customers! Being racial profiled when u are just asking to deposit a cheque! Keep it professional and don't make any suggestions to customers that come across as racial profiling . The bank teller " Corinna " , should be more careful with her ignorance

I had an inquiry about my mortgage. Phoned the branch three times with no answer. Stood in line for 45 minutes to be told I could not go in and talk to any one, I could call and make and appointment that would likely be two to three weeks. Phoned again, left a follow up message. Two weeks later, still have heard nothing.
