“Dini is very patient and hands on to her client. She made sure that our shipment (used tools) was delivered to US destination. There are some issues in the custom sending us exemption report, but Dini sorted it out. She also ensure that we will not pay so much in Custom and she gave us updates of the toolbox whereabouts. Thank you Dini for your great customer service! The only downsize is, I guess this is the first time for the store to send a used tools (high value) in a toolbox from Canada to US so there are some issues on the way. Also, the toolbox got damage but it is not covered in the insurance we purchased/ paid. But overall, we are happy of the outcome because our tools was delivered to the destination and Dini made sure that it is delivered. Thanks again! - Gemma”
