Fine for groceries, but this review is more for the pharmacy. Very nice staff, and there are always quite a few people available behind the counter so you’re not waiting long at all which is a plus.

Why is there nobody at the self checkout to help you when the machine has a glitch? Why is there nobody standing behind the customer service desk either???? I have walked out of that store with nothing in my hands more times than I can count because the staff avoid helping you like the plague and I can’t spend my entire lunch break attempting to buy an overpriced sandwich

This Save-on is as good as any other location. They have mostly everything you need for your shopping needs and the service in prompt and courteous.

I had excellent customer service by Kerry at the deli. She was so kind and helpful. My grandkids loved the suishi platter she made.

Came to pick up a cake with a photo I sent via email to have put on. Girl gave me the cake but an old photo from a previous order was used , Susie in the bakery , promptly checked the email, got the correct photo and had the cake ready in 10 mins . She was so kind and friendly !! Susie in the bakery was fabulous ! Thank you

One of the worst places to get groceries if you value decent prices, good food and your own sanity. Staff is genuinely useless and screwed me out of $200 because the idiots who work the lotto desk cant tell the difference between a K and R, its incredibly rare you can actually get through an aisle without a pallet of stock being brought out and taking up what your looking for, western family products are absolutely disgusting and I'm convinced the beef sold here is not beef.

I stopped in after work for a few things, they wouldn’t sell me a cooked chicken because the two they had left were “for someone”, whatever man. Then there was only two cashiers working with big lineups, and there was a lineup for the self checkouts. I set my basket down and walked out, they’re overpriced anyway.

Standard , large Save-On with pretty much everything you need. The long line-ups don't seem to be an issue like in the past.

Tired of buying fruit & veg from this store at excessively high prices to find thier rotten or useless within days potatoes in particular are always rotten they need to look at thier suppliers and rethink there fresh product policies.

Nice clean place to shop..just too expensive for me. Even stopped carrying Scotch pies stopped going there. Also the seafood case smells very bad almost ery day. Def an issue goin on there.

Prices at this store are absolutely insane. Any other grocery store chain in Maple Ridge is going to be cheaper for nearly everything they sell.Packaged Deli Ham:Save On - $3.99 per 100 gWalmart $3.47 for 175gStore brand breadSave On - $3.99Walmart $1.99It's a shame because it is a nice store, and good location but the prices are out of touch with reality.The Save on Foods name must be a form of comedic irony as you will be saving a lot of money when you walk out of the store with an empty shopping bag .
