I used to enjoy visiting this place almost every time I went to grab something. However, the last two times I went there, a lady in the customer service area looked at me with suspicious eyes, as if she thought I was stealing something. I didn't appreciate the way she looked at me and I hope they transfer her to a different location.

The prices are atrocious , I recently picked up some groceries and realized afterwords I payed almost 10$ for celery . The staff are unfriendly and there’s never enough tills open so I use self check out . Even the paper bags cost .25 cents each which is robbery

I had a really good experience today with my cashier Graham. He was dealing with unexpected things with the couple in front of me and I really appreciated his level of patience and resourcefulness. I had to wait in line longer than usual but he made the experience positive overall.

Visiting from Texas, USA and enjoyed my shopping experience at Save-On-Foods. Great variety of foods and friendly staff. Will return again before my trip is over. Recommended!

Cashiers and staff at self checkout lanes are very rude at this location. Had couple of bad encounters at this location.

Confusing layout/hard to find what you need. Also, they should have some ready-made party trays (e.g. spinach dip + bread cubes) like I've seen at other Save-On stores.

I have been shopping for years at this Save On and others two three times a week and never come across more snarky and mean employee's. I had to go to get a picnic lunch of chicken for a family picnic. I ask the girl at the counter how long to fill my order and she told me chicken would be ready in 5 so I decided to wait. I went up to get my chicken at the Deli and they gave it to me on time. I asked the girl where my wedges were she said oh sorry I’ll get them walked away and didn’t get them! Another couple came to counter and asked the boy for wedges and I said to him I’m ahead and waiting. He ignored me three times just gave them all the wedges that were left and my wedges. Now I asked why would you do that he ignored me again just smirked. So I went to the girl she finally answered me and said oh I have to put more in that will be ten more minutes. Both young girl and boy were laughing just way too much. No first come first serve at that Deli. I can see a mistake but he purposely gave them when he knew I was there. So know I have cold chicken but finally wedges I go through the till and tell the cashier I have the chicken deal I go to car and look at bill he charges me separately 15.00 over cost. Now I have to go back in and they fix that. So now one hour in store waiting and correcting mistakes. So you know I never have wrote a bad review or been treated so bad in a store. They were young with no customer service skills and then rude. I drive up to the park with hungry family waiting and an hour left on my reservation for Canada Day. Never ever again I’ll do a quick stop at Brownies.

Went Here on last Sunday for a weekly shop been shopping at this save on foods for 20 years when I used to live in ridge back in the day I didn't see much of fruits & vegetables in stock .

Please have more cashiers specially during after work hours. It took me 20 min to pay for two salad kits, as there were only two cashiers. Alternatively, you could improve your point card system so if you forgotten your card, you can grab your number quickly from the customer service desk, punch it in yourself at the self check out and move on with your day. It is not the first time this happens, I lost my card and only have the phone number. When I asked at the customer service desk if I could get a replacement, they said I needed to get a new card. What about my points? They said at the time, they couldn't be transfered... so sadly the only way to get the savings is to do the line up or get a new card and start from zero. I like save on foods, but this has to improve. The technology is there.

The best part of this SoF is the staff but the challenge is many times over the years they get shorted on their order so things on sale aren't in stock. They do offer rainchecks but I don't always want that hassle
