I like the drive through yard. Able to pick your own product and pay at the gate. A bit small but has most lumber in various lengths and sizes. Customer service is good and helpful. Was able to get some additional price adjustment due to lumber defects. Would recommend for diy or contractor standard lumber needs.

Workers are either younger kids or elderly people. Not much of anything in the middle. They need more age and racial diversity. Service was good.

I am so awed by the incredible service I received in the last couple of days, that I had to write about it! On Friday, I ordered seven 2x4's and four sheets of ply to be delivered. Or so I thought! Turns out that the product represented by a picture of a sheet of plywood was actually 3 inch strips of ply, not full sheets. And to add to my mistake, I somehow ordered 7 of them and only 4 2x4's. Doh! And, of course my car is too short to take them back into the store or pick up what I needed.
From the first customer service person I spoke with, to the manager, and the woman who organizes deliveries, everybody was over the top helpful. They worked with me to get my mistake fixed and, only 24 hours later, I have all the wood I thought I ordered! They've even refunded me one of the delivery charges!
I thought customer service was a thing of the past, but these fine folks have restored my faith! Well done, Rona, very well done!

Delivery Agents for Appliances are lazy and don't want to do the job. Girlfriend bought a laundry center and the delivery agents came to delivery for her townhome but wouldn't bring up the new unit or haul away the old units. Made an excuse the railings on the stairs needed to be removed....Absolutely useless service that was suppose to be "white glove" Luckily a full refund was given. It's obvious they didn't want to do their job or the heavy lifting up the stairs, they were told the new unit was to be installed on the 3rd floor. Very dissappointing.

Mixed bag. The floor staff inside the store was very nice and helpful, cashier was the opposite, half the yard staff seemed annoyed when asking him for help.

Why does their garden shop close at 6 pm at the height of summer, on June 28?

I am usually disappointed when I go here. Either they don't have what I need or it's priced higher than the competition. Their website isn't very good either. For example at Home Depot the website tells me how many of the items they have in stock at the specific store as well as where exactly the item is located. Not so much at Rona. I only go here because it's close and when I do I cross my fingers. 8 times out of 10 they either don't have what I need or it's significantly more expensive.

Typical big box type store with nonexistent customer service. To find what I was looking for, I had to ask at the front desk. I asked the cashier a question when I was paying & her response was, I don't know, not let me find someone that knows the answer.
