This little store has an amazing staff ..Mayur and Madison provided a great experience to me and other customers.I felt lucky dealing with Mayur as he is very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful.Madison is the manager there and she is super professional and she can take your experience to a second level.I was Shaw customer before and now with Rogers … so far so good !! What a great start !!You guys gain my loyalty.

Nice store, well laid out. Only one person on duty so had to listen to another client personal information. No privacy, not cool. Their plans were too high for me as their minimum was 50 GB and I only use about 2 GB a month.

Maddison was so efficient and knowledgeable! I needed a new contract and opinion on phones, she had it all set up for me within 15 minutes! Super friendly and makes you feel totally welcomed and that your time matters! she was pretty busy when I walked in, but she greeted me right away and still was able to ask a few questions and give me a short estimated wait time which she ended up helping me within minutes! Thanks again!!!

The store manager here , Madison, is not a trustworthy person. My family came here to enroll in multiple new phone lines and to finance multiple phones. She strung us along for almost an entire week, telling us that her "regional manager" had given the green light. She claimed to have made several phone calls to square everything away. However, the day our phones arrived in store and we went to sign papers.... she "suddenly" ran into a problem. A problem that negated our entire agreement and would effectively triple the cost of the plans discussed. It was such an obvious bait and switch tactic.Horrible business ethics. If something costs a certain amount, be up front so people can shop around and make informed decisions. Do not string a family along for multiple days and then switch all the pricing at the last minute, hoping to guilt them into signing for the phones. We will be telling everyone we know to steer clear of this place.

Terrible service. Staff seems untrained and has inconsistent product knowledge. Management does nothing to help overwhelmed staff. Go anywhere else for cellular needs.
