I learnt about this place through word of mouth and had an oil change and general inspection done. Jim was personable and friendly, able to make my appointment within a week of me calling him and was thorough in his inspection and service. He was personable and friendly and EFFICIENT. Very grateful to find and honest and hardworking mechanic. I called Jim saying that my car is not working after a battery replacement assuming it would be the alternator. I knew the belt was old and needed to be replaced as well and was assuming a slew of other charges. I was also expecting to have my car there over the weekend and possibly longer, but Jim looked at it right away, and had it back to me the next day. Turns out it was just a faulty battery that needed to be replaced, along with the belt. Very good price, fantastic communication and a wonderful mechanic. Highly recommend!We will be coming back here in the future for all of our car needs :)Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car sounded like the propeller on an airplane and I called Jim. He was able to diagnose over the phone and squeezed me in on short notice. I am so appreciative of the services provided at Ridge Motors today. My breaks were completely toast and Jim fit me in last minute to take a look at my vehicle. He explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be replaced, provided a fair estimate, and was able to get all the work done in one day. My Jeep has never driven better! I am a visitor, Got a nail on my newly purchased highlander, Jim help me to check the tire pressure and explain why couldn’t fix it, as the nail is on the edge of tread,also told me that I may claim a road hazards. Jim is nice and helpful. Strongly recommended!
