I purchased a great vehicle from a gentleman named Stuart he made the entire transaction with professionalism and integrity my needs were met the price was great delivered the vehicle to me in the Okanagan. My wife and I were very pleased when it arrived. Unfortunately the vehicle had an issue shortly after I called and dealt with another gentleman named Peter once again professionalism and integrity Peter was more than willing to help. My vehicle is now running perfect and we are thrilled with it. I just purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass from Pioneer Motors on Lougheed Hwy Maple Ridge. Hands down it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Dustin and Darcy were absolutely amazing. They worked so diligently and tirelessly to get payments to where I needed them to be. Top notch service all the way around. Pete was tremendous with his customer service.
If you are looking for a great non pressured environment when purchasing a new or pre owned vehicle I would highly recommend trying Pioneer. They absolutely go above and beyond.

Shoutout to my guys Phil and Darcy! You guys are the best ??? I thought I was only gonna take a look and compare cars and offers from different dealerships but ended up driving one back home lol! Just spoke with Phil for some days about the car I need within my budget and he acts so fast and finds the perfect one for me. Everything goes smooth just like the car that I got from them. I'd say their customer service is superb! I highly recommend this dealership if you need a used vehicle.

I was very skeptical about dealing with a dealership further away from home. From first contact with Stuart to the final document signed with the driver Brian it was probably the best experience buying a car I ever had. I am so in love with my car. It arrived on time. Everything went super smoothly. Absolutely zero issues. Stuart was not pushy by any means. He made what I thought was going to impossible actually possible! I have and will be recommending pioneer motors in maple ridge to many many people!
