I had called ahead asking if they have a prescription in stock as my usual pharmacy did not have it. They said yes we have that. So I had my medication transferred. They said we can fill it in 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later after and they said we have a different medication (the generic brand) but you’ll have to take it 4 times a day (which didn’t sound right to me) instead of two time a day. Frustrated with everything that has gone on, I left without a medication as I had to deal with other things. The pharmacist here was the only one who offered me an alternative so I want back to pharmachoice and asked if they could fill it. The pharmacist was extremely mad (understandably because she has cancelled everything). But it’s an antibiotic and I needed to start it the same night. She said it would now take an hour to fill. I said okay thank you and proceed to cry in my car. Upon pick up she just told me drink lots of water. No common side affects. After taking the first pill I was feeling horrible, extreme nausea, food aversions and headache’s and this was after one pill. I googled it and they’re extremely common side affects. So I went back to my doctor and they said 4 times a day is way too much, they don’t understand why they prescribed me that much. Doctor has prescribe me a different drug. This whole experience at pharmachoice from them lying on the phone saying they had the medicine, being upset that I came back to the pharmacy and I was extremely kind and thankful and apologetic and then my doctor confirming they prescribed me to much, confirming my bad feeling about it. It’s all just put a bad taste in my mouth figuratively and literally. I will not be returning.

Best pharmacy crew west of the Rockies. As I've aged, my medication regime has increased in size and complexity. The staff here has done a great job simplifying it, so I never miss a dose again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been coming here for years and the have made me feel like family since day one. I will not use any pharmacy in Maple Ridge. Always met with a smile and a friendly greeting.

I am not very satisfied with the work of the pharmacy, they have already counted my prescription pills incorrectly twice. Today they gave me less on 60 pills. And it was an important sugar-lowering drug, it's very irresponsible of them. Now I have to count the pill every time….

This store is great during the week staff is friendly...but if you need to go here on a weekend...the service is completely different... unfriendly..rude...and just totally dropped the ball...then when I came in to pickup....they just ignored me....was standing there but it seemed like I was invisible...then when I asked for service she pulled a total attitude problem...omg!
