It was my first time at this store, and did you know they’ve been around for 17 years? I had the pleasure of meeting some very friendly staff who helped me pick out some clothes. Their array of beautiful things were easily visible and I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping spree here!

I really enjoy shopping at Monkey Business! There is a wide variety of clothing options, shoes, and even things for school! I have made some amazing finds here like the BEST WATER FLOATIES EVER, clothes that are unique but still very functional and sturdy. Prices are reasonable and staff are very helpful! An amazing shop!

Very disappointed to be writing this kind of review in 2022, but sadly people still live in the dark ages. I wanted to buy a whole bunch of new baby clothes, but I was completely ignored by staff. Thought it was a one off, but then a white man walked in and he was greeted with great enthusiasm. I gave the benefit of doubt once again, but then another lady of color walked in and was completely ignored by staff. Come on guy, it's 2022, do better.

I promise, you want to bring your buisness any where but here! Had a track suit purchased only several days ago that was too small for my one yr old, and refused to exchange because of a small marking. That in no way was cause by us since my son never even wore the the thing. Absolutely ridiculous.If you wanna deal with this clown and pay 5 times more than what you should be paying have at Er!

I have a specific style and this store usually pays off. Ive spent a lot of money here. One lady here is always super nice to me and i love her. One is really rude and ignores me even when I'm the only one in the store so it keeps me from buying anything when she is there.

I've seen so much about Monkey Business. Where you can support local and get quality items. This is exactly what I wanted to do.Sadly when I went in on Sunday to buy shoes for my sons, the gal was less than helpful with my questions. Then, today, I had to return those shoes (too wide) and I wanted so badly to get them different sandals. But a different person couldn't answer my questions and I felt totally like I was bothering her. I just ended up getting a refund :(Cute stuff, I love the look of the store. But customer service was lacking and so was size selection. I think I'll be trying some other local children's places going forward.

Find it hard to shop at a children's store when the workers are completely rude and impatient to children. I have felt extremely uncomfortable the last two times I have been in there, for this reason and will gladly shop local elsewhere. Looking at a few reviews with the same problem, I hope it gets addressed. Don't remember having the same problem a few years ago....
