“Great place for Western wear and tack. Just would be nice if they were open until 5pm or 6pm and if they were open on Sundays. Although they have a pretty good selection of cowboy boots wish there was even more of a selection. Also they could use a better selection of cowboy hats.”

“This comment is directed at one of your shoppers in the review section who assumed the lack of customer service at the check out had something to do with her skin colour. If you had read all of the reviews you would have noted that most shoppers complained about the customer service and did not mention their skin colour. I also read some other reviews of yours at various locations where this seems to be a theme of yours. Not only do you assume people are singling you out for your skin colour but you yourself make racial slurs constantly about people with white skin. I also noted you called a person you were complaining about a "ginger.". Are you aware that many redheaded people do not appreciate the term? You need to stop spreading your racism in this country by singling out white people or "gingers" as you put it with assumptions that they are singling you out. This is how racism and hatred begins and Canadians do not need this. Grow up.”

“I had the most amazing time shopping at the Jack and Jones willowbrook location! The entire staff is very friendly and go above and beyond what we expected. My boyfriend hates shopping and the entire staff made shopping for my boyfriend a very entertaining experience (I think he’ll be back for more). They played amazing music and styled my boyfriend better than I could which made the whole experience fun, enjoyable and less stressful for not only me but him as well. Overall, the store has amazing vibes and products and the manager Mehak really knows her stuff and educated us both on Jack and Jones products and industry knowledge which was much appreciated as not many staff share such type of knowledge. I highly recommend shopping at this location and I will definitely be back especially now that my boyfriend is excited to shop more with the Jack and Jones staff :)”
