Needed a new car as my old one bit the dust. My brother and i researched vehicles and decided on a Honda. Went to Marv Jones in Maple Ridge. The salesperson Aiden listened to all our needs for a car, didn't pressure us into anything more expensive, found me a car, took it out for a test drive, loved the handling and most of all felt comfortable and safe in it. Aiden helped us throughout the process. He's a very personable man, patient, listens,not pushy and very helpful. Thank you Aiden for the best experience i've had buying a new car. Marv Jones Honda , Best Experience I have ever had buying a car .From the Manager Jay , Service and knowledge of Vehicles phenomenal . Ayden my Sales guy was so helpful , friendly and willing to go out of his way to help me with anything I wanted to know or didn’t understand . Especially the technical side his patience and caring was truly appreciated . Sabrina in the finance department explained everything and made sure I understood everything .From the start of Looking for my car to the end in purchasing my Vehicle , was an amazing experience .Honda is an amazing Vehicle all on its own . We've been dealing with Marv Jones Honda for close to ten years now, and have always been well taken care of. Picked up our new HRV yesterday afternoon, and both Aiden and Sabrina were especially awesome to deal with. Gonna be a fun ride!

Called in and asked to see 2 civics, said they would follow up and let me know incase either sells. No one called me so I had to follow up myself on the day of my appointment, they said one of the civics ended up selling. I said I’ll still come to see the other one, and they said sure it’s here. By the time I got there after driving 45 mins they said that sorry it’s gone to the shop it’ll be here next business day. wasted 3 hours of my time. I didn’t feel like spending my money on a dealership that can’t even follow up with a simple phone call so I ended up buying a 2024 civic sport that day from another dealership who actually cared, they lost a lot of business as we needed to buy 4 cars.They also list their prices on autotrader for cheaper and then when you go in they say they add this $2700 “protection pack” … should be up to the customer if they want to add it since it’s not originally part of the car? Feels like a rip off since we have no choice but to get it unless we pre order.

Where do I start on this pleasant exercise of buying a new car (HR-V) from Marv Jones ?Firstly, we’ve been dealing with Marv Jones since 1997 when my wife bought her Odyssey; even prior to that we’ve been using the services of Marv Jones for the maintenance of her old CVCC? 1982 Accord so that makes it even earlier, say 1991 when we got married. We got the Odyssey, an Element and recently, an HR-V from Marv Jones.The experiences have always been pleasant and happy. This dealership has always shown efficiency and proficiency in both car sales and service maintenance with their good mechanics.The recent purchase with the assistance of Roberto Escobar was very pleasant also; he was very helpful and professional together with the sales/finance team of Nick,Jay and Sabrina - they coordinated very well. I’m quite sure the maintenance services our new car will need over time will be the same high quality that’s been given to us over the years.The dealership knows that despite the appreciable distance their place is to ours (21kms., one-way) we still do that “crusade” every maintenance point because we know their services have been consistently top notch.We take note of this & appreciate it.Maryanne & Tony

Recently bought a Civic Sport from this dealership. Roberto was very quick to respond to my queries and made this a very smooth process. Sabrina in finance was also really helpful. Dealing with these guys was a breath of fresh air after the experience I had just had at one of the other Honda dealerships. Would definitely recommend!

Was pretty disappointed when I went in in-person last October to put in my name in the queue for a 2024/2025 Honda Civic Hybrid, and they took my name down, but I was never added to any list.Phoned them again to double check and Ayden was able to help me out and it seems like he did put me in a list this time . I'll check again in February to see if they finally have a list going for that particular vehicle.

While I've only been driving a Honda since 2016, despite having family and friends who own Hondas, I never felt compelled to own one myself. When it was time to select a car for my growing family, the choice came down to Honda and Toyota, and I'm genuinely grateful that I chose Honda.The service I've experienced, beginning with 'Alan' in the Service Department and extending to 'Lester' in the Parts Department, has been exceptional since the day I bought my Honda Odyssey from them. My trips to Maple Ridge have a dual purpose: having my Honda Odyssey serviced at Marv Jones Honda and visiting my chiropractor.Truth be told, without the outstanding customer service from Lester and Alan at Marv Jones Honda, I probably wouldn't have purchased my van from them or continued to have it serviced there. I genuinely hope the General Manager recognizes the immense value these two team members bring to Marv Jones Honda. Despite having other Honda dealerships or mechanic shops nearby, I still choose to make the journey to Maple Ridge because of Lester and Alan!

Just got my new 2024 Civic from Marv Jones and the whole process was very smooth from beginning to end! Roberto is golden! He was amazing the whole time and all the staff was very friendly and professional. I will never go anywhere else for a new vehicle!

Bought a brand new 2024 Civic from Roberto at the dealership the other day.I initially saw an ad for the Civic on Facebook Marketplace, I messaged Roberto about it, I got responses very quickly from him and have been amazed by Roberto's professionalism, friendliness, and no bull approach since. Roberto was very helpful and was able to find me answers about anything I wondered about, and Manager Nick too was very awesome and transparent. Sabrina the finance manager was very nice and thorough with the math side of things. I literally went to 3 other dealerships before coming to Marv Jones, the sales rep elsewhere seemed to promise things they couldn't attain or were very pushy with their approach. I am very happy to have bought my car from Marv Jones. If you need a new car, go here and ask for Roberto!
