Drove to the store tonight to bring back bottle of wine that had a lot of sediments in it didnt trust to drink. They asked if I had the receipt but I didnt they said I could not return it to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager which is not fair after I drove there.They also said there is nothing wrong with the wine and I can drink it while laughing after they clearly saw it.Had another problem with this place about a year ago where I bought 2 beers for my Brother for Christmas time and went to pour him one and it didnt look good so I looked at the expiry and it was expirwd 3 months before so I bought expired beer from them to. I have been going to this place since I moved here 2 yrs ago I am fed up with their expired product and their attitude when I try to return it.I have spent a lot of money here but I will take my business elsewhere where they will treat me better than this

Alicia and the staff at Maple Ridge Liquor Store were extremely helpful in making our daughter's wedding a success. The prices were reasonable for liquor and ice and the return policy on unused product was exceptional. I would highly recommend Maple Ridge Liquor Store for all your special events.

Disgusted! Will never shop here again! Extra drove all the way from 240th street, where we live and frequent the affiliated liquor store, because they carry a certain brand of cooler. I stopped with my 23 year old and 20 year old daughters. I picked out and carried my 2 2L Coolers to the till, where the young guy said he could help me. I asked if they still carried the pomegranate/cranberry cooler that I had actually gone for. He looked it up and said they had some in the back. I conferred with my daughters and decided to get 2 of those instead. Then he proceeded to tell me he'd need to see their IDs since I "talked to them about my alcohol choice" Are you fricken kidding me? Since when is it not allowed to talk to my over age kids about what to get for a birthday party. They didn't have their IDs on them, as they weren't planning on buying anything! I have stopped there before but I will never stop there again! So because of his eavesdropping in on my conversation, I couldn't purchase what I drove an extra 40 blocks to get. Lost a customer forever.

I’ve visited this establishment many times and one of the workers; she is short with long brown hair, refused me service because she thought I looked underaged and said she would not serve me even after I showed my ID, which was approved by other workers. Then she went on to make a snarky remark about my attitude and told me to “enjoy” with a condescending voice. On another instance I came back to this location because the other workers are very nice, but this woman told me to leave as I look to young and to ID myself before I even made a purchase, and she then went on to follow me around the store until I left. The last occurrence she did not even allow me to make a purchase at all and said my ID was invalid. I do not intent on coming here again as her customer service was awful and she was very disrespectful.
