I was helped by wonderful, efficient and courteous staff that was able to get my photos to me quicker than expected. These 4 employees were fantastic. Tovi, Sarah, Missy & Alyssa. I will always have prints from London drugs

I was at London drugs tonight, and I just had the sweetest cashier. I believe her name was Lou P or D not 100%. I had questions about the LED program, and she was able to give me all the information she needed. She had the sweetest smile, and prompt with putting my items through quickly. I am not sure if she is new, if she is she did a great job. I hope to return to the store soon, and have her as my cashier again.

K. Cash was very helpful and kind, when it came to renewing my phone plan. The people there in general are very nice. They sell a huge variety of different things.

I would like to share the worse experience I ever had with LD today 9/30/2024. I just went to buy some items from Maple Ridge around 5.00pm, and I had the worse customer care with cashier Lou, D (if I’m not wrong). Cashier was so racist, disrespectful, pale, rude attitude. I asked here what is the name of points system with LD and she pretended like didn’t hear me. When cashier asked phone no., I gave and gave very scary look . Cashier asked my name and said my initials, I gave my full name. I felt she was not satisfied or happy to see that. Then I asked lotto max with 1 extra, without any hesitation cashier ask my identification., I was so shocked and surprised. I handed my DL and it took 5min to return and cashier showed very negative attitude. I felt so humiliated infront of other customers. I’m still in shocked what just happened and I was with my friend and she also still in shocked. I do not understand and agree what cashier said and done. I suggest your management to review camera and evaluate cashier behaviour and give full training how to act as cashier/ customer service. Just stand behind cashier machine and punch items doesn’t define as a cashier. This is very much disgrace to LD image and I don’t expect this happened to any of customers in future. I humbly request do inquiry about this case and take disciplinary action against the cashier. Because, cashier will continue same nasty attitude to wards to LD customers and this is not what as customer we expect from LD.

The pharmacy staff are willfully incompetent..I have been treated unprofessionaly on more than one occasion at this location my advice avoid this location. Unless you have no other choice to ,update judging by the response of the owner the pharmacy manager is clearly more interested in trying to place the acountabilitie on the clients rather than take responsibility of the staff actions. And bad behavior. Further when I was contacted by the the pharmacy manager I told them that my bad review was due to several problams that hase occurred and reoccurrencing for a couple of years due to staff behavior and constant problems on the pharmacy's end and none of those reasons given had anything to do with making a call for me or not! So clearly this location and it's manager and owner rather try to make you the customer/client the problem then to try to actuly fix the problams with thier staff and customer service. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

The pharmacy and the pharmacist!! I went to the states for the weekend and forgot my prescription at home. I contacted them and they were able to help me get an emergency set from an American pharmacy (Walmart Marysville) within an hour. Couldn't be more grateful for them taking the extra step to help me.

I was at the Maple Ridge location yesterday (August 6, 2024 at 9:05am). I was in line for the pharmacy and could hear a woman openly berating another staff member about her lack of plan for “promo”. She was snapping at her that it was her second shift back and she should be able to give a walkthrough to show her plan. The tone, volume, and language this woman was using towards the other staff member was demoralizing, dehumanizing, and just plainly disgusting. No one should ever go to work to be treated the way the worker was treated.
The woman being so deliberately and horribly rude and inappropriate was female presenting, slim build, blonde curly hair, and had a name tag that said “Elly”.
If this is how Elly speaks to other staff on the sales floor, during business hours, with customers present then I can only imagine how much worse she behaves behind closed doors.
I hope Elly is firmly reminded about WSBC legislation on bullying and harassment and that corporate fully investigates.
A business as large as London Drugs should have more sense than to promote someone who thinks it’s okay to treat others the way Elly was publicly treating this other staff member.
If these are the values London Drugs holds (treating employees without basic respect; communicating in harsh, unjust manners; using shame and anger as a coaching technique; ignoring a person’s right to privacy in respect to feedback), then it makes me question whether I should continue bringing my business to this company.
Someone who is obviously in management behaving this way speaks to the values and ethics of London Drugs as a whole.
Shame on you!

I always considered LD one of my favourite stores. I liked that they are a Canadian company and I really liked that they kept paying their employees during the cyber attack. Their CoVid efforts and support were also really admirable.
Today you lost me as a customer and advocate.
To be followed around from aisle to aisle by your security staff or floor supervisor, whatever he was, because I had more in store shopping to do before I paid for the $7 clearance jewelry item, which I was clearly holding in my hand, was pretty insulting.
He was so obvious and not at all subtle. When I approached him and asked him why he was following me, he became flustered and embarrassed while pretending to read a jar of peanut butter. Do better and maybe take some actual surveillance training. I can give you some recommendations as I'm in the industry.
For what it's worth, I am a middle aged, grey haired grandmother who wanted to treat herself to a little special something after a rough day at work. Thanks for making my day even worse.
I will gladly spend my money somewhere else.

Caution for those booking Apple authorized tech in-person appointments. . . I rushed home from work Downtown, grabbed my finicky Apple TV 4K, and ran down m, making it just in time for my 6:40 pm appointment only to be told by the unhelpful employee that "he leaves at 6" and "Apple doesn't know what hours we work." What a waste of my time.
