Many thanks for the amazing care and dedication to customer service at this location. I started my journey at this location in Maple Ridge with a bad knee and foot injury. The staff was kind, patient and very empathetic towards myself and my needs. They have followed me through my journey with many changes along the way, which without their help I would have been lost. Winnie has been very patient and gentle with me, walking me through my Orthodic fittings and following up to make sure all was good. I also wanted to send a huge shout out to an amazing young lady in the front who helped me out at the beginning as well with my Hoka running shoes decisions, but I am embarrassed to say I can not remember her name. I apologize to her for that as she deserves respect for the knowledge and great customer service she gives every time I am there with a smile.

Our experience with Winnie at the Maple Ridge store was truly remarkable. She spent a lot of time with us, and her expertise was invaluable. She fitted my mother with a lift, resulting in a remarkable improvement in her mobility. If you are ever in need of orthotics we recommend seeking out Winnie.

While the helpful staff couldn't find me shoes to fit my large feet, I did witness an elderly customer receive new orthotic footwear and they were able to walk out happily without the cane they used to walk in.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I had such a superlative experience with Winnie at Kintec Maple Ridge today I just have to ensure this service is recognized. My consultation with Winnie to obtain custom orthotics was absolutely wonderful! She explained the process of evaluating bio-mechanics as we progressed, and explained why she was making observations, taking the measurements and what this information would tell us. I have had orthotic evaluations previously, but my consultation with Winnie was by far the best experience and the most informative. I’m 61 yrs old and want to return to jogging for weight control. I can’t wait to get fitted for my orthotics and start working toward my goal!

Booked a One2One appointment due to having some pain with my running shoes. I arrived at my appointment time and had to wait 20 minutes to be seen due to them being short staffed. I was expecting a gait analysis to ensure I purchased the correct shoes, however, this was not offered to me (only reason I booked the appointment). Although I did end up purchasing a pair of shoes I am now finding they are not perfect and I will be needing to buy another pair. I know shoe fittings are not guaranteed however, I would like to think if I had received the service I had hoped to receive, that I would not be in this situation. Little disappointing as I did a lot of research and there were so many fantastic reviews of this location!

Would like to strongly recommend Kintec in Maple Ridge for anyone in need of footwear and training needs. I had to purchase orthotics and a Knee brace ( for arthritis in my Knee ) and the attention to detail, being informative and explaining everything was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful ... Winni helped me with my orthotics and was extremely nice !!!!Thanks !!!

Had a great experience at this Kintec location, the ladies at the store were very welcoming and considerate. I must've got assistance for nearly an hour in order to get the perfect fit for my shoes. Winnie, Gagan, and Nona were all helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

I purchased a pair of toeless control stockings in nude colour, re-ordered a pair with toes in black. I am handicapped but went to pick up my prepaid stockings... they arrived toeless! It was most difficult to go to the store, and wait for my ride, and be disappointed and lose the whole day. Terrible error on behalf of your employees, caused me much distress. You asked for my feedback, this is it... all I received is my refund. My customer number is 98-83720. PS my son had to take time off to come with me and he doesn't drive. Needed to get runners but decided to get professional advice as to which brand and shoe type was best for my bad knee and bad back. I was helped and we decided on this pair of Hoka wide fit. Very helpful staff. Would highly recommend getting your fitting here.

I went to Kintec location in Maple Ridge today for the first time. I was helped by Jessica who was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Just took my new shoes out for a 5km walk and they were great. Thanks Jessica
