Great Service. The team gave me options from my dealership that sold me the car using quality parts as about half the price. Completed the work efficiently, on a reasonable time frame, and provided me with an explanation of why the work needed to be completed. Nice job team.

The guys behind the counter need customer service lessons. Rude, passive aggressive, arrogant and belittling. Pretty shocking to see this kind of behaviour from a big box corporate sell out store.
I’ve dealt with these guys 3 times now and each time they try take advantage and sell me stuff I don’t need.
Go see the guys at AlbionTire- they are the real deal. Guys that work there actually love cars and it shows. They got better coffee too.

Had a tire issue, Tip took the time to explain my options and even offered to help me with Michelin to get a couple of the tires warrantied. He is knowledgeable and helped go through some of my options and what they mean. Good crew!

The guys here are not only true professionals, but compassionate and sympathetic. After a tough day at work and news of my mother having a heart attack, I ended my day with 2 nails in my tire from the job Site, not only did they book me in for an end of day service at the last minute, but they also covered the cost out of compassion and did it with sincerity. Top notch, above and beyond. Thank you guys.

Showed up with a car rental and a nail in my rear tire, they did a no cost spare tire replacement. Excellent staff to reassure me that they took all the precautions to make sure that this was the best solution for a car rental!

KalTire continues to impress me!
The staff are friendly, honest and extremely knowledgeable.
We have them store our tires, swap them, do alignments and check swap wipers. This year we'll need break work too.
When I arrived Friday morning at 7:59 they rushed to the door so it was open when I got there!
This appointment I booked on line ( so easy and convenient) and asked for tire swap to summers, an alignment, and new wiper blades.
When they were done, the staff person said I did not need an alignment, nor new blades. I can't tell you how impressed I am with that!
Thank you for your honesty and not over selling. ??
I love that you text me when the car was done, and check the waiting area too!

I stopped by the shop at 1 PM today to request a balancing of my front tires due to a weight falling off. The staff advised me to return at 3 PM, which I did, leaving my car for the anticipated 30-minute service. However, my vehicle was not serviced for the first 45 minutes. After questioning the delay, it took an additional 30 minutes before my car was finally lifted, only to be returned without any inspection or tire removal. The staff concluded that I had badly cupped tires and recommended replacement, yet they did not offer any new tires, just returned my keys. It’s important to mention that my tires, with only 4,000 km and a 12 mm tread depth, are not cupped. This visit resulted in half a day wasted and a disappointing lack of service. Such negligence is unacceptable and it’s clear that this service center is not worth visiting

They tried to scam me last week, but removed the charge for the unnecessary service when I asked about it. I will not visit again.

We are new to the area and have been to this Kal Tire location twice now for service to both of our cars. It’s an extremely busy location and each time
I was there waiting, the staff worked quickly and efficiently to help each customer. Despite some chirping and complaining from customers for having
to wait, the managers at the counter remained professional and polite.
They have a tv to watch and complimentary coffee, tea and Wi-Fi.
Not too bad to sit and relax for an hour or so.
And not to mention, one of the cleanest locations I have been to.
