Great place and excellent customer service. We bought a couch and Amit stored it for a few weeks before we were able to pick it up. We will definitely be going back there to look for other pieces that will suit our needs.

We just received our couch and 2 chairs and I can't be more pleased with how well they look. From the beginning of my experience when Amit connected me with the manufacturer so that I could go look at the furniture and make an appointment at the manufacturer for help. That was very rewarding and helpful. I am very happy that I got to buy a Canadian made product. The delivery team was great as well. My furniture even came a bit early, so all in all it was a win.

Don't waste your time and money. Top grain leather started to crack and peel after only 2 years. Might as well have bought bonded leather at the Brick and saved a lot of money. They do not stand behind the products they sell.

Received great personal service on ordering my matching bedframe and custom 12 drawer set. The set was completed and delivered earlier than expected. I am very happy with my purchases and the True North Cargo delivery was superb (friendly, kind, competent).

I have never received customer service like I did from Amit here. I went in to browse and found an item on sale that I liked. Amit told me about other versions they had available if I was interested, told me about any imperfections this floor model had (barely any), gave me an additional discount anyway, disassembled it, wrapped it in a blanket, loaded it into HIS OWN VEHICLE, drove it to my house, helped me carry it up TWO flights of stairs, AND reassembled it. ALL AFTER HOURS. 10/10 furniture selection, 10/10 furniture quality, 20/10 customer service.What’s that in the sky up there? Way up there? Is it a bird? A plane? No, it’s the BAR.PS: I’d never expect this of him or anyone else again, but I do plan on shopping here again.

I picked out a beautiful bedroom suite cost was just under 14,000 dollars . What arrived was an improperly finished product . I expressed my concerns the manager of the store out right lied said it wasn’t an issue . After several attempts to get the problem resolved they admitted there was a problem with the drying process and to b patient till they could resolve . Total BS I waited and waited and found out the company that did the finishing had been sold .Nothing resolved I paid 14,000 dollars for an improperly finished bedroom suite which is appalling to look at . Every fingerprint marks & does not come off .This is not an honest company buyer beware be very aware not to taken & ripped off like I was
