Wish I could award 10 stars- have been using Haney for almost 2 decades. They are experts; helpful with selecting the right appliances, and they stand behind their products, warranties and service. Have had one instance of an appliance failure: they brought us a replacement right away while waiting for the fridge to be serviced so we were not inconvenienced. Support this local business; you will be glad you did!

I had a wonderful experience 2x dealing with Haney. The first time was purchasing my range and the second time was when my oven stopped working. I made a call to them explaining my oven wasn’t igniting. 2 days later a service person was here. Ordered new parts and when it discovered the oven was not fixable but my extended warranty I purchased saved me. Haney did all the background work and I received my new range today. They were on top of having my new range ordered and always professional. If you’re thinking of purchasing any major appliance I highly recommend visiting their store.

People we want to tell you do not purchase any dishwasher from haney appliances although there staff is extremely friendly their warranty policy and quality of there dishwashers are pathetic we have had repair people in multiple times and they even replaced the dishwasher it too did not work properly we asked asked repeatedly for a refund basically they closed the file we had to go to a reputable dealer who provides awesome service and a great warranty program they wouldn't even come and take the unusable dishwasher away we had to at our expense dispose of it our self talking about a business that does not have a honest moral obligation to help their customers

This is a neighbourhood gem. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. I've purchased our last two appliances from them. Honestly, I'll never go back to Coast again. If what you're looking for isn't in their showroom, they'll get it in for you. Their prices are good. Overall, we're thrilled with the experience we had with both of our purchases. They don't treat you like you're just a number. I highly recommend them!

Excellent store. I made the mistake of purchasing Maytag appliances unfortunately. I then made the further mistake of going through Maytag customer service, when I should have contacted HA&S.
