The lady csr, Karyn was amazing to help me out with my spray wand needing a female connector. The next day, I went back and we could not find a compatible connector as the spray wand was purchased through Amazon. I gave her a coffee and made sure her bosses knew about my experience, thanks superstar! Kerwin Maude

Last night my husband and I were in Rona in Maple Ridge. We were waiting in line and I was telling him I had a headache because I hadn’t been drinking enough water. A Rona employee overheard our conversation and showed up at my side with a cold bottle of water. Wow!! I mean the service there is always outstanding, but that man’s kindness made my day!! So sweet and thoughtful!!!

Shame on you RONA!!! I was walking home from having a test for Covid19 and my route takes me right past the Rona store. I was gloved, masked and wearing a painter's suit to make sure I didn't spread any virus, incase my results turned out positive, and I saw that the parking lot was packed! People were coming and going from the store like any regular Saturday in spring. IT ISN'T ANY SATURDAY IN SPRING! I saw a neighbor coming out of there and she saw me. We chatted from a safe distance and she told me it was crazy busy in there and she left almost as soon as she walked in. There were no safe distance marks on the floor like there are at any other store, there was no security, and there were easily 100 people in there, bumping into each other, crowding the aisles and not a manager in sight. She said there were plexy screens up for the cashiers but that was it for precautions. THIS VIRUS IS NOT A JOKE! I work in a senior's residence and we are dedicated to keeping people healthy. If some of Maple Ridge is too stupid to understand that it is a worldwide pandemic, then I guess they get what they get, but Rona should be limiting customers and not just concerned about lining their pockets. I've always been a big fan of Rona but will no longer shop there if this is the ignorance they have and lack of concern for the very same customers that have kept them in business. Boooo Rona!!!

Went to Rona in Maple Ridge today to do some shopping. We needed assistance to order our items and the staff person Emily at the front desk was very helpful. She paged the appropriate staff person who showed up quickly.
Alex the manager looked after us in customer service. Alex went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He has excellent customer service skills and his interactions with his staff team are amazing. Emily told us we would really like Alex and that he is an amazing boss.
Had an amazing experience today. Thank you Alex and your staff team!

While there is not the variety and selection as the big box Home Depots or Lowes, the staff assistance is par excellence. If they don't know where something is, they will find someone that does. Great Staff

I go to Rona all the time and everybody there knows their stuff. If they arent sure about something they will always seek out an associate who might have more info. Always friendly, and unlike some other stores, they dont hide from their customers. Thanks Rona for being my fave place to shop.

Went there today with my 4 year old and 1 year old by myself and I dropped the 6 drywall bags I was carrying right near the front of the store and had 4 employees walk right past me as I tried to pick up all the bags while my toddler screamed and ran away. Not one employee offered to help me bring the bags to the till or even took a second look to help. I'm also 7 months pregnant.. really disappointed with the lack of customer service as me and my husband have shopped here lots in the past.

At first I was so impressed! Left knowing I'll never go back! Employees standing around at the front chatting not in the isles helping, not listning to pager calls. Having to hunt down extremely uneducated employees that are completely unhelpful and just silly!!!! Know your products or don't tell b.s about them at the very least. Better yet, if you know noting including the price, when it will be in stock, why it's stright shafts not curved take it OFF display and save some embarrassment.

Product selection is pretty good for the size of the store but isn't on par with a larger store like Home Depot. I've found the service inside the store to be friendly and helpful but service has been hit or miss in the lumber yard.
