While doing the Shaw to Rogers transition, we ran into a road block online. After multiple phone calls and attempts online it was clear nobody understood the process. We went into the Fraser Valley Wireless store and met Danaylia who was easily able to help my wife Sandy get get phone back up and running and explained everything to her in detail about the new service. Thanks so much for the help!

Came in to transfer an iPhone 7 to iPhone 8 plus. Madison was incredibly helpful! Had to come back three times to get other things cleared up until finally everything worked! Thank you Madison!!

Your google hours say you’re open on thursdays until 9 - we came by today at 6:30 and you were closed. Also have you rebranded from Fraser Valley Wireless to Rogers Wireless?
