This company does not stand by there work or there products. After spending 1500 on tires and replacing a tire the tire was not balanced correctly. I went in to get the tire rebalenced, they wanted 100 bucks to redo there poor workmanship. the tires I originally bought are the worst tires I have ever purchased. save you money and go some where else that stands by there work and products.

We had a flat tire and need to replace. The new tire was not balanced correctly. Asked to get rebalalenced they wanted to charge me 100 bucks to check the balance on the tire. This place is a scam stay away. Poor customer service. The tires we bought for 1500 dollars are one of the worst tires we have purchased.you can get alot better service and a company that will stand by there products just up the street.

they said it would cost me 2100 for tie rods and control arms.i took it too gib inn Hammond they said nothing wrong with control arms or tie rods replaced ball joint 490 out the door complete rip off

Went in with my work van 20 minutes before they closed with a tire that was hissing. They plugged it, but unfortunately Nokian tires are questionable, and it didnt work. They had to put on my spare. They charged me very little for their service. Will buy my next set of tires there. Thanks again.

I had a flat tire & needed an immediate replacement but 'it's tire season' so everywhere else I called said "next week earliest'. 5 calls later Fountain took my car in immediately. I ended up ordering 4 new tires & will have it back by the end of the day! Now, that's what I call service! Thank you, Fountain Tire!

Good customer service and nice staff. We bought some winter tires there a few years back, no complaints, they work well and were a fair price and saved my wife a few times last year with all the snow. They did notice a small puncture on one of our all season tires, but said we can remedy that when we bring the car in to swap back to the all season in the spring. Brought car back in the spring to swap back to the all season tires, they fixed the small puncture on the all season and saved us buying a new tire. Repair has held up perfectly.

We were in Maple Ridge for the weekend, from Kelowna, visiting our granddaughter.We took a short drive on Sunday and picked something up in my front right tire which went flat within a few minutes, so we put on the space saver spare tire.We were planning on heading home first thing Monday morning.As Fountain Tire is about 5 minutes from my son’s house, I went there first thing (8:00 am) Monday morning. I went into the office and explained my predicament and told them I was a regular customer at Fountain Tire in Kelowna.The reply I received was quite surprising - basically i was told that if I left my car with them they might be able to get to it in 2 days! I said how about this morning - they said “not a chance”.Needless to say i was shocked at their response. They were all sitting around without another customer in the shop!!!I turned right around and left - drove a few blocks up the road to Kal Tire, who fixed my tire within the hour and got me on the road.Very disappointed with the Fountain Tire service in Maple Ridge.

Meh. They’re about the upsell. One customer service guy was great and respectful. The other gave me really bad vibes and I won’t be back because of that. I see from another review they don’t tell people there’s a waiting area and they watched me sit outside for a long time before the professional employee came out to say they have a waiting area. Shouldn’t have taken 45 mins. And be aware they tell you it will be 4hrs because of their upsell. Also, I am a female but that doesn’t mean I don’t know anything about my ride. It’s 2023 gentlemen. Grow out of your misogyny already.

Tire Repair - Good customer service as they were able to accomodate me same day for a quick tire repair. However, it's not cheap, my wife was charged $53 with tax which is quite steep for that service. I usually pay $25 flat.

I booked an appt 1 week in advance for tire changeover
I arrived 15 min early and after over an hour I check to see my car still in the parking lot.
when I ask how long until they are going to be the clerk proudly announces an hour and a half to two hours.
are you kidding me?!
A guy walked in while I was waiting and said yeah I called this morning about the back taillight out. No problem in he goes and they fix his car.
another time a woman walked in to buy a set of tires but after several minutes of no one coming out to greet he she said that she was going to go to Kal Tire.
there are much better shops in town to choose from who actually have service

Husband had a flat tire from a piece of metal at work. Fountain tire took him right in and had it fixed in 35 mins.
