I ask the cashier to give me a ten dollar bill instead of coins and she said they don't have bills . ? the laziness is out of this world with these people. Will never go back to that 711 . There is another one just 500m from that location.

If this is what everyone gets when they bite into a piece of chicken that is advertised as "on special for $1.50 per drumstick" I'm betting that a lot of people will be just as unimpressed as I am. Imagine my surprise when my husband tells me he doesn't want chicken from 711 again. And then shows me that drumstick I was nearly sick just looking at it n then I was sick thinking about the fact that I allowed my husband to eat the obviously under cooked chicken drumstick. To be honest I've never been to jiggy with the idea of a gas station selling chicken... A meat that can make a person sicker then sick if its just a little bit undercooked! Its definitely not "oh thank heaven for 711...for giving out salmonella poisoning as a thank you for being a customer!
PS. I couldn't give 0 stars.
The only reason that I even am ok with the 1 star is because the young woman working today deserved a good rating hopefully it wasn't her that cooked the chicken!

Street sign shows gas 156.9 but the pump is 159.9. Bring the receipt in to show the clerk and she gave me some lame excuse about getting notifications to change the pump. How about changing the street sign to match your pump value?! Drive past here hours later street sign still displayed at 156.9. I bet the pump was still at 159.9

We go to this Esso because its the closest to our house. We also use the Optimum Points and we like slurpeesHonestly its gone so down hill its frustrating going in there. I dont know if the new manager is refusing to hire more people or train new people or if its budget constraints set by corporate, but the amount of times ive gone into that 711/Esso and either theres ONE person dealing with a GIANT line up of over 5 people and the other employee is just flitting around seemingly doing random things instead of helping the person at the till, i cant even count.I understand that each employee has their own responsibilities and id wager its lack of staff contributing to the decline of service, but i shouldnt go into a corner store thinking "god how long is this going to take me today".

Parking is a joke but staff is friendly enough, but not very clean they're more interested in çooking their precooked food .I actually had to ask the girl to stop to serve customers
