I have an older car (2012 Hyundai) and it’s honestly not worth spending $2000 to upgrade the radio in this car. However my stereo broke.
Every other place wanted to upsell me to some fancy radio and was jerking me around trying to get me to spend more and more on a fancy radio rather than listening to my needs.
Within 1 hour after phoning Diamond Audio I had what I wanted — an affordable, well-installed system so I could listen to the radio on my work commute and talk on the phone with Bluetooth. He even opened the dash and put the Bluetooth mic in. And he charged a fair price. Highly recommended.

I had a deck put in a few year back. I have to unplug my deck for mechanical reasons. Now seeing missing bolts. They only put three of the 4 bolts back to hold the deck in.

Went and got my two front speakers replaced yesterday, they were upfront and honest and able to get me in same day. No unpleasant surprises. Reasonable pricing. These new front speakers got me hooked, I'll have to come back to get the rest replaced ASAP. Thank you! 5/5 service and quality.

Very friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff. Quick and efficient service, needed a new audio system in an older vehicle(1996) and they did a great job!

What a great experience. After a huge disappointment with Visions Electronics, we took 3 vehicles to Diamond. They cleaned up the mess that Visions had left and Installed stereo decks and backup cameras on a 2015 Ram, 2012 Kia Soul and a 2021 Dodge Caravan. They were fast, courteous, confident and competent. A few small glitches that had nothing to do with their work were still addressed immediately. I can't thank their team enough for all that they did for us.

This is more of a mixed review.. used diamond before a few years back and was very happy with staff and product. Came in recently having problems with car stereo and speakers. Haven't dealt with this staff member before was very unhappy and still very dissatisfied with him. Yes car stereo is older. Amp, subs and speakers but worked great before issues. Salesman tried telling me couldn't fix because so old and needed $1500 worth of new everything. Of course I denied and when I did he then suggested let my tech have a look we can diagnose it and get a better idea. 45 mins later old stereo fixed music pumping. What's up with this. Try to sell me before you know. Will never return.

Upfront honest prices, they have great quality products. They do it right, they very nice ? if I did a mistake with my cam or anything else no questions asked they helped me out many times for free! I don’t even want to think about to go somewhere else!

I don’t usually write reviews but I was pretty displeased with my experience here. I bought a Dodge Ram in 2017 and dealership included a backup camera install from here. Everything was well until camera stopped working last year. Dodge told me since it’s after market, they can’t do anything and to contact diamond stereo. I called diamond stereo and confirmed with one of two managers if they could take a look at the camera at no charge. I stressed the no charge because I live in coquitlam and it’s not worth my time or gas to drive out there for something I can replace myself. The manager I spoke with over the phone confirmed it would be no charge. I took my truck in a few days later for the appointment. Once they finished looking at it, they told me the camera was dead and I needed a new one. I told them I didn’t want to replace it at the time and I would explore my options. When it was time to leave, they slapped me with a bill for ‘looking’ at the camera. I paid around $60 or $80 for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t in the shop and I was dealing with the second manager. I told him what conversation I had with the other manager and he told me that’s not right and I had to pay it. I didn’t want to argue and they wouldn’t give my key back till I paid it so I was pretty upset. I called the other manager the next day and explained what happened and he confirmed I shouldn’t have been charged for anything and that he could give me a credit toward anything in the store. I didn’t really want a credit because I shouldn’t have paid that to begin with. To this day I haven’t been back to the store to even use the credit (if they meant to give me one). I just wanted a refund for something I shouldn’t have paid for.
On top of this experience, my camera started flickering in an out a few days later which meant the camera was not dead as they told me it was and that it’s probably a wiring issue. So I’m not sure how experienced their technicians are.
Edit: what was promised to me before going out there was that I wouldn’t be charged so a refund was the only acceptable solution - I don’t need $45 off a new camera system.

My stock motorhome stereo was not worth turning on so I had it replaced with a new Kenwood deck and speakers from Diamond stereo what a world of difference! Expert installation and good pricing with no hidden charges. I would highly recommend them!
