This bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with… the representative dealing with my father’s estate account, Amanjot Neghi, has completely ghosted me (the executrix of the estate) and has not returned multiple calls and emails in over 6 months. Do not go to this bank if you want professional customer service.

Super frustrating that I can't use the ATM machine until they open. Why can't they have the doors activated with a CIBC card? and why is there only 1 CIBC in all of maple ridge?
