“Absolutely thrilled by my experience from start to finish with Boyd! I opened a claim for vandalism and the team at Boyd were fast to get me booked in and get the estimate approved by my adjuster. They communicated consistently via text (my choice of contact) and got me booked it for repairs quickly. My rental was coordinated and they picked me up right from Boyd. When I got my car back the repairs were stellar - you couldn't even tell it had any damage. Plus it was spotless. Lloyd and Darcy make a great team in the office along with their receptionist! They were easy to touch base with throughout the whole experience. Ideally I won't need to submit another claim anytime soon but if I have to I will happily and enthusiastically come back to this location!”

“We had a failing window on our BC box house but can’t afford to replace all our windows with new. Jamie from Zago came out and measured and today the replacement window was delivered and installed. I couldn’t be happier with the service. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was quite quick. It is amazing being able to see outside again. “We have been taking our vehicles to Craftsman Collision for over 15 years. They have always been and continue to be very professional. They are not only quick but do work to the highest quality. Their communication is always top-notch. They inform me and keep me in the loop in regards to the progess of my vehicle.
Recently, we were on the unfortunate end of a hit and run. Again, we brought it to Craftsman, and by no suprise, they delivered. Our adjuster Paul Deabreu was very thorough, friendly, and professional. When we picked up our car, we were met by Yorbans. He was fast, efficient, and gave us touch-up paint. From the start of the process to the end, everything was worry free, and it went by smoothly. The next time something happens to our vehicles, there is no question who I will bring it to.”
