Staff I talked could have been more helpful rather than oh all sold out. Didn't even bother to check if there's any in the back or any other store have it near by. Nope . Straight no its sold out.

I have been shopping here for years. All of a sudden we show up do you are shopping with great help from the few staff that could help and we’re available. We noticed there was a lack of staff compared to normal. Upon going to check out we discovered that it’s all self check out with only one cashier lane open. The lineup was huge. We were forced to use self check out. Then as using self check out, we required assistance four times having to wait as they only had one staff member we could only pay with credit. They wouldn’t even accept our cash. After many many years of enjoying the store, we are done. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Very rude employee in the parts department. Will never come back to this location.Was asking if they could quickly put air in my tire since they were the closest at the time.They said no we don’t do that when other Canadian tires have done it no problem.Mr lube said absolutely come by we’d love to help.

This has become my go-to location since the closest one to me in Surrey was closed down. I could go to Langley, but reaching this location via the Golden Ears Way takes the same amount of time. This location offers better customer service than any other I've encountered. Additionally, they consistently maintain a well-stocked inventory with all shelves consistently full. My daughter even found a cool Paw Patrol Skye doll there, and it made her very happy. I didn't even know that Canadian Tire carried toys. I highly recommend this location.

Terrible customer service!! .. lack of employees . Had to take a picture to show the cashier of the product i has desired purchasing which was marked with wrong signage and multiple of the same items on the same peg and the manager cindi refused to honor the displayed signage price.Working in retail myself I would have given the displayed price or a discount for the customer to be kept happy.Cindi simply refused and walked away as I was talking. Rude to say the least. Maybe a career other than customer service would be better suited for her.

This location was one of my favourites, but a recent wave of policy changes has soured it for me.Self checkouts have replaced all but one of the cashiers, they are no longer price matching, and they will no longer honour flyer prices a day early or a day late.They even failed to honour a tire warranty claim due to an unwillingness to special order the replacement (sent me on my way with a damaged sidewall, despite acknowledging that it was an unrepairable issue and taking the wheel in overnight).

I'm minding my own business, just getting up to the cashier (Older lady working on Oct 2nd at around 6pm) to pay for my stuff. Customer in front of me (Older white dude) turns around and looks at me, then look at the cashier and says, "wow, this place is changing eh?" then the cashier looks at me then turns to the dude and says "Yea, I've been noticing it too, BUT I DONT LIKE CHANGE" and then they both laugh..I have never experienced racism this obvious. Thank you for making me feel welcome at your business. just big wow, honestly, nothing agents that dude, but that lady could've easily stopped the convo or NOT reply. I hope she sees this review because its not going anywhere. At least control yourself at work.. just wow

My first interaction with the service department was a laugh on the phone on how they'd never take my age of truck in. Meanwhile I stop by to pick up stuff and the bays are empty.Stopped by today to pick up some tape and glue...only to realize I'm being followed throuhpubthe store and completely obvious. The individual was incredibly rude when I approached him. I'll be following up with store management and that's about it for me and this Canadian Tire

It's Canadian Tire.. they are pretty standard, but this one needs work on their customer service. They are so understaffed, and it shows. I can't remember the last time I needed assistance and didn't need to look for 10 mins to find someone.. only to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff member when I asked my question or to get an item unlocked. Legit, these things are why I prefer to shop on Amazon or online period.

Shopped the Maple Ridge Canadian Tire store and Luther provided an exceptional customer service experience!! He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, knows his products and the store layout!!! What a great guy in this day and age of the difficult retail environment !!

Very disappointed with the customer service. An item I wanted was priced wrong and I asked them to honor the price as there were multiple items shelved in the location so it was not a one off. The manager was inflexible and rude and casually accused "a customer" of switching the prices. Other customers overhead my conversation and stepped in to my aide. Will never shop at this location again and would love for a representative to reach out to me so I can further discuss this altercation.

Great prices and an extensive selection of products that you can physically experience before making a purchase. I always enjoy visiting the store and often find myself pleasantly surprised with a few extra items that go beyond my original shopping list. No complaints here!

Canadian Tire is a good store with plenty of departments and choices. They often have promotions and really good deals. Some deals are so good, it makes you wonder why the markup is so high? I purchased a $53 pocket knife for $9.99 on sale.

I remember when Canadian Tire used to be your go-to store for anything outdoors. Not this store. Walked up and down the fishing aisles, some spinning and casting lures, but no fly fishing lures or equipment. The hunting and survival sections are nearly non-existent, but for a few common gauges, and even less center-fire.Then service, non-existent. As I paced up and down those few aisles, I had red shirts walk past and not even give me a passing glance. It is like they desperately walk by hoping they don't get noticed and actually have to interact with a customer. Even as I stand here in the middle of this store, I had about 3 red shirt employees walk past me without even asking if I found what I was looking for.I hate doing it, but I think it's time to let go of a one time reliable symbol of Canada.
